营运战略规划经理友邦保险中国区友邦保险有限公司上海分公司(中国区)职责描述:

?Supportoperatingmodeldesigning,makethedesigningmeettheobjectiveoftransformationandexpantion.

?支持并参与运营模式设计,以满足运营转型及市场拓展的目标

?Providerootcauseanalysisaffectingkeyproblemsofoperation

?针对营运工作中的关键问题进行根因分析

?Identifykeyareasofimprovementandopportunitiesinoperations,alignwithinternalkeystakeholdersanddataengineers.

?识别运营管理中关键的提升领域和机会,并与内部关键相关方及数据分析师进行意见协调

?Provideanalysis,andworkoutsuggestionsorsolutionsforimprovementintheformofdocumentsandpresentations

?以合适的文档和展现形式进行分析、并提出改进建议或解决方案

?Activelycommunicatewithawidevarietyofpeopleandsupportsolutionimplementation

?积极与各类人员沟通,支持解决方案的实施

?Documentwhatyoulearnandobserve,andtheresultsoftheanalyses.Suggestthebestwaystopresentandanalysis

?保持对学习和观察,以及分析的结果的必要记录;并建议最优的表达和分析方法

任职要求:

-Universitydegreeorabove,MBA,finance(insurance),mathematicspreferred.

大学以上专业不限,MBA、金融(保险)、数学等相关专业优先考虑

-4yearsaboveworkingexperience,and2yearsininsuranceheadofficebusiness/operationplanningfunctions;or3yearsexperienceinleadingconsultingfirms,focusoninsuranceoperation/businessstrategicplanning.

4年以上工作经验,其中至少2年保险公司总部业务或营运企划经验(硕士可适当放宽工作年限要求);

或3年以上领先咨询公司工作经验,专注保险运营或业务战略规划相关领域

-ExperiencewithExploratoryDataAnalysisorStatistics

具备(管理)数据统计及分析的经验。

-HasAbilitytoprioritizeandworkeffectivelyinacomplex,fast-pacedenvironment.

具备在复杂、快节奏的工作环境中有效明确工作优先级并推动落实

-Teamworkspirit,initiativeandwillingtoworkunderpressure.

团队精神,主动性和愿意在压力下工作。
