JOBSUMMARY:

UnderdirectsupervisionofaFullyQualifiedCertifier/Mentor,completessimplecertificationprojects.Makesassistedtechnicaldecisionsbasedonknowledge,trainingandexperiencetomaintaintheintegrityoftheCSAMark.

RESPONSIBILITY:

1.Workswithmentortoensurecompletionorprojectswithintimeframedeadlines.Withmentorassistance,evaluatesproductsagainstrequirementsofnationaland/orinternationalstandards.Withassistance,preparesworkordersforthetestprogram.WorksincollaborationwithLabpersonneltodetermineapplicabletests.PreparesCertificationreports,CertificatesofComplianceandotherrelatedCSAdocumentationforthementor.

2.Classifiesproductbyuse,environmentandfunction.Determinesapplicablerequirements/test/standard.Determinessamplerequirementsandmethod/locationfortestingevaluationbestsuitedtocustomers'needs.Conductspre-assessmentwithmentorassistance,ofequipmenttoensuretheunitisequippedwiththepropercomponentsandagreeswiththeconstructionindicatedontheworkorderandsubmittalinformation.

3.Recordstestdata,preparescharts,tabulatesdataandcalculatesresultsasrequired.Maintainsaccurate,orderlyandcompletetestdata.

4.Strivestobecomemoreknowledgeableinnational/internationalstandardsthroughresearchofstandards,documentation,bulletinsandtechnicalarticlesinareaofspecialty.

5.PerformsotherdutiesasassignedbyMentor,orViceManager,ProductCertification.

EDUCATION,EXPERIENCE&SKILL:

§Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineering:e.g.EnvironmentalSafety,Electronic,Automation/Electrical/MechanicalEngineering

§CET6orabove,goodatEnglishandChineseinspeaking.

§ProficiencyinWindows,MSWordandExcel.

§3-5yearrelatedexperience.

§KnowledgeofLaboratoryinstrumentation,includingoperatingprinciplesandcalibrationprocedures,aswellasgeneralLaboratoryprocedures.

§Mustbeteam-orientedwithgoodinterpersonalskillsandabilitiestocommunicateeffectivelybothorallyandinwriting.

§Self-motivatedandclient-serviceoriented.

§Strongproblem-solvingskills,detailoriented,strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills.

§Useofvariouslabequipment,instrumentsandtools.

§Abilitytoread,interpretanddevelopengineeringdrawingsandtestdata.

1、负责钻井队所有电气设备的技术管理和维修工作。

2、负责督促、检查、指导操作人员严格执行电气设备操作规程和维护保养制度。

3、对钻井队电气设备所发生的重大故障进行处理,分析原因,制定整改措施,参与组织整改工作并向设备管理部门汇报;发生电气设备事故,向设备管理部门写出事故报告。

4、负责组织安排督促检查操作人员的日常工作和对电气设备的保养及检修工作,检查各种电气设备运行记录,质量记录和报表的填写情况。

5、负责编制电气设备的检修计划和配件、材料的订购计划,并按时上报。

6、负责电气设备有关仪器仪表的检定工作。

7、负责对操作人员进行技术指导和技术培训工作。

8、按照QHSE管理标准的要求,负责监督、检查所有电气设备和周围环境的安全、卫生和保护工作。

1、负责总厂电气设备的运行管理和维修,确保电气系统安全运行。

2、及时掌握电气设备运行状况,制定电气设备检修、更新、技术改造计划。

3、编制电气设备检修、技术改造工作技术方案。

4、执行管理规程、落实制度,做好供用电安全管理工作。

5、及时处理电气方面各种问题,重大问题及时请示汇报。

6、配合有关部门做好各项工程建设中电气项目的施工、质量监督。

7、协同有关部门对基层电气管理人员进行技术培训,提高基层人员技术素质和管理水平。
