1、负责中国和澳洲客户开发与销售执行;
2、准确理解客户需求,提供优质项目服务并制定专业的服务计划书;
3、为客户提供各方面有关法律法规、地方政策等环节的专业咨询;
4、以一对一VIP模式为客户提供一站式解决方案与尊贵服务;
5、维护现有客户,积极实现再销售。
基本要求:
1、大学专科以上学历(条件优秀者可适当放宽学历要求);
2、三年以上客户经理经验(海外或国内房产;外资银行、财务管理、银行理财;移民或留学;奢侈品等行业经验优先考虑);
3、热爱销售工作,具备较强的沟通能力、抗压性;
4、具有良好的敬业精神、团队精神、有明确目标。

优良管理除可使物业增值外,亦可提高生活享受。本公司提供的服务包括:公共地方之保安、清洁及各项::有关楼宇、康乐设施、会所、公共地方及公共设施的维护保养、环境美化、处理垃圾及维持水、电气的正常供应,务求为各业主/住户提供最理想的居住环境。
管理公司的代表权:
管理公司代表**城市花园所有业主/住户,就有关本小区的一般问题上与政府、公共服务公司和各有关维修保养公司进行磋商,其中包括选聘律师或法律顾问,聘用专业人士、顾问、承建商或工人等。
管理费:
作为**城市花园的业主,不论单位是自住或出租,您必须承担各项保养、维修及日常管理费用。管理所需的各项支出包括:公共地方的保养、维修、清洁和照明等费用。此外,渠道及水管的维修费用、电梯的保养费、防火设备的检查费、保安设备的保养费、公共设备的维修费、生活垃圾清理费、职员工资及行政办公费用等均包括在内,所有支出将由各单位的业主分担。
付款方法:
各业主采用银行自动扣费,这样可省却麻烦和节省时间,不必按月费时往返,亦可免因为忘记缴费而加收的滞纳金。
欠交管理费:
管理费是物业管理服务的收入来源。如业主延期或欠交管理费,不但影响物业管理服务的运作,而且会引致额外支出,例如:追讨滞纳金,律师费等,这些费用将由该单位业主全数负责,故请在扣款账号内备足存款扣费。

ManagementFee

nanceandthegeneralrunningoftheEstate.Allmanagemente*pensesincludethecostofmaintenance,repairs,cleaning,upkeepandlightingofallcommonareas,maintenanceandrepairsofthesewers,waterpipes,othercommonutilitiesservices,lifts,fireservicesandotherequipmentincludingtheventilationplantinthevoid,publicsecurityandrefusecollectionservices.ManagementCenter'se*pensesandstaffsalarieswillbebornebyallowners.Allownersarerequiredtopayyourshareofthemanagemente*pensesmonthlyinadvance.
MethodofPayment
Forpaymentofmanagementfee,ownersareencouragedtousetheAutoPaySystemwhichsavestimeandcollectionchargeasresultoflatepayment.
DefaultinginPaymentofManagementFee
TheManagementCentercarriesoutthemanagementoftheEstateonyourbehalf.Ifownersdelayinpayingmanagementfees,additionalcostsuchascollectingcharges,legalfee,etc.mayarisewhichwillhavetobepassedontoyou.Pleasethereforesettlethemanagementfeeintime.
