1.ParticipateasalinkbetweentheEngineeringConcept,ProjectEngineeringandOperationstoincorporatenewrequirementsandequipmentstandards.

2.Developspecificationsthatmeettherequirementsforoperation,maintenanceandrobustdesignofequipmentandmachinery

3.DevelopRFQ'sequipmentthatmeettechnicalandcommercialexpectationsofNemak.

4.Leadtheconcurrentengineeringprocesswiththesupplierandthedesignapprovalprocess,ensuringthatmachineryandequipmentarereliableintheiroperation,robustdesign,lowmaintenancecost.

5.LeadtheprocessofvalidationandacceptanceofplantequipmentsupplierinNemakandintroducetotheinternalcustomer

6.Providesupporttooperationsduringthestartofmanufacturingsystem.

7.Participateasaconceptuallinkbetweenengineering,operationsandprojectstoincorporatenewrequirementsandstandards.

8.Supportthedefinitionoftheworkinggrouptoestablishthevalidationplanandcoordinationofprojectactivities.

9.Receivedrawings,picturesandinformationofnewproductsormodificationstoexistingmanufacturingoperationstoanalyzeandproducethevolumesandtimingoftheproject.

10.Receiveproposals,participatepurchasingpartofproviderstodelivertechnicaladviceandsupportinchoosingthebestoption.

11.Complywiththespecificationsofthequalityassurancesystem(ISO/TS)

12.ComplywiththerequirementsoftheQualitySysteminNemak.

篇2:前期品质工程师岗位职责

1、新项目过程质量策划、质量文件编制、质量数据收集;

2、负责新项目的开发过程中的质量控制、进度监督;

3、负责协助新项目质量问题的推动解决;

4、负责新项目在各阶段应该出具报告的监督和协调工作;

5、新项目在各阶段向过程控制人员的培训工作;

6、协助新项目送样时零件确认检查;

7、为已批量产品客户投诉问题的解决提供信息支持;

8、协助新项目各分供方的布点工作以及过程中出现的推动解决;

9、协助新项目检具的验收和问题整改工作;

篇3:物业前期工程师岗位职责

万科物业-住宅前期工程师杭州万科物业服务有限公司杭州万科物业服务有限公司分支机构1、负责编制各项目前期介入工作计划,跟进、把握地产各开发项目的进度情况;

2、负责配合前期项目经理收集、整理缺陷报告,形成建议书;

3、负责协调技术支持人员联合审图,审图意见提交前期项目经理,跟进意见反馈;

4、协助与新项目经理移交前期重点资料信息,并针对重点情况给予说明;

5、负责定期组织前期介入经验、案例分享会;

6、负责项目承接查验统筹工作,负责督促承接查验问题的整改。

任职要求:

1、电、水、暖通、自动化专业优先,其它专业背景要结合实际工作经验;

2、熟练使用Office系列办公软件及CAD软件;

3、专业工作经验三年以上,或同等职位工作经验一年以上者优先;

4、品牌物业公司同岗位工作经验优先;

5、具有物业设备维修类工作经验、沟通能力强者可考虑;

6、具有房地产项目返修管理的工作经历,综合素质佳亦可考虑。
