-CooperatewithDirector,BD&ClientManagementforBestChinaBrands(BCB)andBestGlobalBrands(BGB)event.

-Planandimplementvariousmediarelationtactics(newsreleases,featurestories,one-on-oneinterviews,mediabriefingsanddigitalPRactivities),actingasmaincontactforthenewsmedia.ManageandmaintainthesocialmedialikeWeiboandWechatetc.

-Otherdutiesasassignedbydirectormanager.

篇2:房屋租赁客服专员岗位职责

房屋租赁平台客服专员岗位职责

岗位职责:

1)保持良好的形象,注重礼仪礼貌,协助站长对站内员工的行为举止、衣着等进行监督,树立良好的员工形象

2)熟悉楼宇信息、租户信息,熟悉常规问题的处理方法以及突发事件的处理方案

3)负责受理和妥善处理租户的电话投诉或上门投诉,调节租户与公司之间的关系

4)接待租户的上门咨询,记录客户咨询、投诉内容,及时反馈给站长进行安排处理

5)及时发现来电及上门客户的需求和意见,并记录整理和及时汇报至站长处

6)定期回访和维护租户,保持租户与公司的良好的关系

7)积极参加业务培训,提高业务水平,自觉学习有关客户服务的知识,提高个人素质

8)完成上级交办的其他事项

9)在规定时间做好周计划表以及周总结表汇总至站长处

财富管理公司客服员职责

1、根据客户需求提供贷款信息,收集客户贷款所需资料,解答客户疑问。

2、接受客户咨询,记录客户咨询、投诉内容,按照相应流程给予客户反馈

3、安排客户洽谈签定贷款合同,解释相关条款和处理客户异议及投诉。

4、能及时发现贷款客户的需求及意见,并记录整理及汇报。

5、开展以客户关怀为目标的回访服务,做好通知客户签约等售后服务。

6、逾期账户催收工作,未逾期客户提前进行电话提醒,并及时上报风险信息。

7、严格保管所有的档案和客户资料,进行售后档案整理存档。
