4、协助上级经理进行团队内部,公司相关部门的沟通;
5、协助上级经理组织团队活动,及其它行政事务。
职位要求:
1.大专以上学历;大学英语4级及其以上;
2.熟悉快速消费品行业数据统计工作;有销售助理相关工作经验,
3.优秀的沟通与协调能力,良好抗压能力,执行力强;
4.熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等相关软件。

MajorResponsibilities:
-SupporttheRegionalSteering&Financelinemanagerwithoverallsteerdealerfinancerelatedtopicsbydatacollectionandreporting.Includingin-houseconsultinginthefieldsofinvestandappraisement,examineandverifythesubmitteddealerfinancialstatus,workoutandprovideindividualfinancialdealerevaluationsandprofiles,uncoveroperationalissues,derivateandconfigureindividual/tailor-madedealersupport-andsteering-tools,consultdealersregardingbusinessre-arrangementsandre-organizations,liquidityplanninganddealersupportinIFCoperations.
-SupporttheRegionalSteering&Financelinemanagerwithregionalsteeringbydatacollectionandreporting,includingBSC,riskandcompliancemanagement,regionalstrategy,highlevelreportconsolidation.
-Organizeregionallevelworkshops&conferences.
-Closedmonitor&analysedealerrisk,sendthefeedbacktocentral.
-CentralDDinterface,supportinDealerSelection,strengtheningRetailregionlevelreview,DISSfiledworkconduction,Dealerbonus/SAcalculation,collectdealerfeedback(DAC),etc.
-Supportinothertopics,e.g.GA,legal.
-Othertasksassignedbylinemanager.
Qualifications:
