R&Rfortheposition:

-Supportpurchasingtodothesiteassessmentforthenewsuppliersornewsites.

-Followupthesupplier'sactionplanandgivesuggestionstosourcingteam.

-IntroduceCompany’sSpecificRequirementsandtheapplicationssuchasSupplierPortal,supplierPPAPsubmission,supplierchangerequest,SupplierReportCard,etc.

-Supportprogramdevelopingthroughfollowingupsupplier'sAPQPprocessandtomakesuretheproductscanbelaunchedflawlesslyontime.

-ReviewPPAPdocumentsoronsitechecktheprocessifnecessary,approvethePPAPaccordingtoCompanyprocedures.

-Coordinatewithglobalplantsandsupplierstosolvequalityissuesandfollowupthesupplier'sactionstopreventthereoccurrencethroughconferencecall,netmeetingoronsitereview.

-PlanandexecutethesupplierimprovementplanforthecriticalsuppliersinthepreviousyeartosecureCompanyplantsproductionandsecureCompanycustomersaswell.

-SupportpurchasingannualSupplierBusinessReview.

-LeadcoordinationofstatusandissueswithProgrammanagerandPurchasing.Summarizesstatusanddevelopsinternalandcustomerlevelreportsasneeded.

-Otherdutiesassignedbymanagement.

Education:

-BachelororabovedegreeinEngineerorrelatedfield

RequiredSkillsandExperience:

-Atleast5yearsworkingexperienceswithmanufacturingandqualityand3yearsinautomotiveindustry.1yearexperienceswithsuppliermanagement.

-Atleast5year’sDisplayindustryexperienceincludingprocessengineer/qualityengineer

TheideacandidateneedstohavetwoyearsworkingexperienceinthefrontendprocessofdisplaysuchasTFTarray/paneldesign,glassdepositionprocessetc.plustheseveralyearsworkinginassemblyprocess

篇2:总工程师安全质量标准化岗位责任制

1、认真贯彻执行党的安全质量标准化生产和集团公司、野川煤业有关安全质量标准化的指示、规定等,对全井的安全质量标准化负主要责任协助组长(矿长)抓好全矿井质量达标和技术管理。

2、督促检查战线各单位及全井工程技术人员贯彻执行安全质量标准化政策、及集团公司野川鑫基煤业安全质量标准化规定的情况,定期召开全井技术人员安全质量标准化会议,研究解决安全质量标准化生产中存在的技术问题,促进全井安全质量标准化工作。

3、负责安全质量标准化新工艺、新技术、新装备的推广应用,负责安排好安全质量标准化的工程项目,用好安全质量标准化资金,并检查其效益发挥。

4、建立保证安全质量标准化制度,督促检查这些制度建立和执行情况。

5、深入现场,及时掌握安全质量标准化工作动态,对本专业业务保安工作存在的安全质量标准化隐患提出符合实际的整改措施,指导基层解决安全质量标准化工作中存在的问题。

6、制定和完善各项安全质量标准化措施计划。

7、指导编制干部和工人的安全质量标准化培训计划和培训工作,提高工人技术质量素质。

篇3:工程质量责任制:生产副总工程师

第一条:协助总工程师和分管副矿长抓好本单位回采、掘进和巷修工作、质量达标工作。

第二条:组织审批回采、掘进和巷修等施工安全技术措施,以及分管工作内的新工艺、新技术推广的安全技术措施,并督促检查实施。

第三条:严格执行《质量标准化标准》和技术政策,参加审查有关设计时,并认真审查安全技术措施。

第四条:经常深入现场,调查了解采掘头面的工程质量情况,并召集有关技术人员,分析研究工程质量管理问题,制定相应措施,防止质量事故发生。
