RetailBankandWealthManagementleveragesHSBC’sglobalretailbankingexpertiseandwealthmanagementcapabilitiestodeliverabroadrangeofworld-classretailbankingsolutionstomillionsofcustomers.Drivingforgrowthinkeymarketsaroundtheworld,thebusinesscomprisesareassuchasretailbanking,wealthmanagement,insuranceandassetmanagement,withafocusoncustomer-centricpropositionsandinnovativeandefficientdistributionchannelsthatwilldifferentiateourcustomerexperienceanddelivermarketleadingretailbankingandwealthmanagementsolutions.

Inthisrole,youwill:

RBWMBusinessTransformationBusinessAnalystsareatthecentreofhowTransformationshapes,deliversandembedschangeworkingwithourdeliverypartners.TheyaretypicallyresponsibleforRequirementsManagement,Design,ChangeManagementandImplementationManagement.BusinessAnalystsworkcollaborativelywithdeliverypartnersandsubjectmatterexpertsingathering,translatingandclarifyingrequirementsanddefiningdesignoptions.Insystemsrelatedprojectsandprogrammes,theroleholderwillsupportITwiththetranslationofbusinessrequirementsanddesignsintomoredetailedfunctionalrequirementsanddesigns,oftenrepresentingthevoiceofthecustomerinthesediscussions.TheBusinessAnalyst’sChangeManagementactivitiesspanfromearlychangeplanningandaudienceanalysis

throughtodesigninganddeliveringchangeinterventions(e.g.communications,training,support,organisationalignment)

andtrackingandtakingactionsonchangereadiness,adoption,andfeedback.BusinessAnalystsarealsoresponsibleforImplementationManagement,includingplanning,controllingandreportingonimplementationofthechange‘product’,focusingonacceleratingbenefitsandminimisingriskduringdeployment.Implementationactivitieswillalsoincludemanagingimplementationreadinessandmanagingtheearlystagesofimplementation(e.g.pilot).Inreengineeringprojects,theyworkcloselywiththeProcessConsultantsinanalysingandre-engineeringworldclassprocesses.BusinessAnalystswilloftenleaddesignworkstreamsorteams,managingotherTransformationAnalysts,SMEsandresourcesfromourdeliverypartners.

岗位职责:

1.负责监督、管理网络营运方面的运营工作,抓好全局工作的计划性和协调性,定期召开例会,总结前期与布置后期工作;

2.负责微信公众号、网站、APP等网络平台的搭建、后期维护等运营管理,策划推进及组织协调公司网络运营计划,进行市场跟踪和策略调整,不断提高公司平台知名度和用户粘性;

3.负责管理公司内部管理系统的开发和后期的维护管理;

4.负责制定网络营运部的制度、工作流程等规范性文件;

2.工作范围

2.1.负责厨房贯彻执行决策和计划,了解顾客意见,不断改善食品质量,使食品生产与顾客需求、公司计划相适应。(12分)

2.2.负责订制菜单,掌握货源情况,提出原材料采购计划,确定菜谱的创新及淘汰,核定菜谱的投料标准和成本计划。(15分)
