Qualification:

省中医院超声医学科服务规范
1、提前开机，挂牌上岗。接诊主动热情，态度和蔼，语言文明，耐心解答病人咨询，解说清楚检查要求。
2、认真履行岗位职责，严格执行查对制度，注意申请检查医师的要求，细心检查可疑部位，避免差错。
3、严格执行操作规程，对异性病人进行检查时，要严格执行有关规定。
4、及时告诉病人取报告的时间及地点。报告单签名或印章清晰。
5、在接待病人时不闲谈说笑。
6、提供24小时急诊检查服务。超声检查项目自检查开始到出具结果时间原则上≤30分钟。
篇3:超声波压花机安装
1.拆卸包装，检查设备表面和各部分有无损伤的痕迹，检查螺丝是否松动，电气接头是否锁紧，配件是否齐全。
2.设备应安放在平整的硬地面上，要求花边机背离热源至少0.5米，并要确保花边机前后至少有1米，左右至少有0.5米的空间，以便操作。
3.核对发振箱背上标牌的电压要求，并要确保系统接地良好。
4.将设备与电源及气源连接，注意要先将电源开关关断。注意本机的电压要求：AC220V，50-60Hz
5.空气管路接于干净且不含润滑剂的压缩空气源，额定工作气压为0.6MPa。使用说明
新机使用前，必须阅读力劲超声波压合机说明书，并熟知本说明书之内容。
1.机械各部功能说明
1）调整螺帽:限制气缸行程长短距离。
2）压轮气缸:控制压轮上升和下降。
3）压轮开关：压轮控制开关,在机头左侧。单击压轮下降
4）模架:固定花轮。
5）花轮:缝合,裁切加工件之模具。
6）冷却风扇:散热振动子温度,使其能长时间工作。
7）花轮气缸:控制花轮上升和下降。
8）机头:固定花轮的传动机构。
9）气压表:表示花轮加在工件上的压力气压。
10）气压阀:依据实际需要做气压调整,调整后螺帽要锁紧。调整范围一般在1～10Kg/cm²之间。
11）台面板：加工工件的平台。
12）发振箱:控制机台的动作程序。
13）振筒:固定振动子与钢模。
14）机架:支撑机台本体。
15）脚踏板：在右脚位置，控制花轮和钢模的运转。
16）花轮踏板：在左脚位置，控制花轮升降。
2.发振箱功能说明：
1)振幅显示器：
其功能是指超声波振子和钢模之间的谐振是否合适。旋转音波调整旋钮，能使读数变化。一般调整到50以下。
2）电流表：
指示超声波的工作电流。空载时表示焊头与系统谐振的状态,一般正常为0.4～0.6A,依输出功率的大小而异,负载时,因压着面积和花轮和复杂、大小而定,通常由1.0～2.5A。
3）功率输出：
调整输出功率大小，调到不同的文件位，电流表读数会有变化。
4）上模速度：
调整花轮转速高低。数字越大转速加快，速度越快；反之速度降低。
5）下模速度：
调整超声波钢模转速高低。数位越大转速加快；反之速度降低。
6）手动/自动开关：
打到自动档位，花轮和钢模自动运转;打到手动开关，花轮和钢模的运转是由右脚的脚踏板控制的，踏下脚踏板花轮和钢模开始工作，松开脚踏板花轮和钢模即停止运转。
7）超载指示：
红色指示灯亮，表示设备超载。此时应该立即停机，检查原因待故障排除后，方可继续工作。
8）音波调整：
调整超声波振动子和钢模之间的谐振状态。顺时针或逆时针转动旋钮，振幅表读数会改变，前已有述，正常读数一般在50以内。
9）音波测试：
功能是测试超声波是否正常。按下音波测试开关1～2秒钟，看超载指示灯是否亮，振幅表、电流表读数是否在正常范围内。
10）电源开关：
控制整机电源。开关自带红色指示灯，打开时红色灯亮。
