合规专员职位要求
1.熟悉银行、银监会和外汇管理局等监管机构的监管法规。
2.了解银行等金融企业各项业务运作机制、内部控制制度流程。
3.有较强的学习能力、风险识别和判断能力、沟通协调能力、书面和口头表达能力,能够承受压力。
4.诚信、正直,敢于质疑的职业精神。
合规专员岗位职责/工作内容
1.持续跟踪法律法规、监管规定和行业自律规则的变化,在公司内进行宣导。
2.负责与相关部门沟通协调,制订落实法律法规的实施方案、管理办法、实施细则。
3.负责保持与人民银行等机构的日常工作联系,及时记录各类监管文件的要求并形成报告。
4.编写合规案例和宣传材料,组织落实合规培训和宣传项目。
5.对公司新产品、新业务、新流程进行合规评估,提交合规评审报告,事前规避风险。
6.为管理层和业务部门的经营活动提供合规咨询、意见和建议,支持业务稳健发展。
篇3:内控合规专员岗位职责
合规内控专员中意人寿保险有限公司中意人寿保险有限公司,e-保险网,中意职责:
1、根据公司业务运营要求,持续梳理、更新现有公司内控流程体系,识别风险点,制定控制措施。
2、针对公司运营中的风险点,自行制定年度各项检查计划并实施。对于发现的问题形成评估报告;
3、根据公司内控需要提出制订或者修订公司内部控制制度、业务流程的建议;对公司业务渠道业务指标进行分类评估,对不良指标进行季度预警,同时协助业务渠道制定整改措施。
4、主动识别、评估、监测和报告公司内部控制风险;
5、组织内控培训并向公司员工提供内控咨询;
6、参与公司的内部控制评价,完成内部控制评价报告及其他相关工作;
要求:
1、本科或以上学历;
2、两年以上工作经验;具有保险风险管控经验,熟悉保险公司内部运作及有关法规;
3、优秀的书面表达能力,责任心强,良好的沟通能力;
