2.一年以上销售或客户服务经验,具外资银行工作经验及熟悉广州市个人银行资源者获优先考虑

3.具良好客户服务意识,性格外向进取,善于与人沟通,能承受工作压力

4.中英文程度良好,熟悉办公室计算机软件应用

III.EducationandExperience

土地拓展主任岗位职责

职责描述:

1、完成各类房地产开发新项目的可行性研究报告编制工作,包括市场调研、可研报告及财务分析报告编制,跟进房地产项目招拍挂及合作项目洽谈工作。

2、关注土地市场信息。按时编制土地市场信息报告。

任职要求:

1、大学本科或以上学历,房地产、投资或经济等相关专业;

2、至少2年以上房地产市场调研、投资经验,有较好的文字功底;

3、熟悉了解国内经济发展趋势,对政府房地产政策有清晰的判断力,对国内区域经济发展规划有深入理解;

4、精通房地产项目前期开发、投资的有关流程;

5、有良好的人际关系维护能力和对外沟通能力;

6、敏锐快捷的市场反应能力,良好的团队合作精神,富有工作激情,有丰富的社会资源;

7、有同行业、同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
