职责描述:

1、负责运营团队管理,工作安排,任务分配、绩效考评等;

2、负责团队文化建设,了解客服人员心态动向,减少离职率;

3、负责针对售前售后问题给予员工指导,重大售后问题的处理与解决;

4、负责公司或上级交办的其它临时性工作任务;

5、负责提高顾客满意度、减少投诉率、提高客服好评率、应对突发问题事件;

6、负责和公司其他部门,如产品,技术顺畅沟通,共同解决问题。

任职要求:1、至少1年以上管理10人以上客服团队的经验;在互联网公司工作过优先考虑;

2、英语听说读写精通,大学4/6级证书或者英语专业4/8级证书;

3、有上进心,抗压能力执行力强,能适应互联网公司高节凑工作模式;

4、良好的沟通协调能力、培训能力与管理能力;

5、工作认真,思路敏捷,责任心强,服务意识佳,有成功打造客服团队的案例。
