天线设计师岗位职责

职责描述:

1.负责公司智能硬件产品射频天线设计,调试,优化,测试工作;

2.负责解决智能硬件产品整机天线射频干扰问题,确保天线性能指标达到设计要求;

3.负责新产品试制过程中的技术确认、工装设计、工艺确认及不良现象的分析;

4.负责编写归档天线的设计技术报告及测试报告。

任职要求:

1、通信、电子、物理等理工科专业本科及以上学历;

2、两年以上的天线设计相关经验,熟悉天线设计原理;

3、熟练使用常用工程制图软件(CAD)或其他失量图绘制工作软件;

4、熟练掌握HFSS、ADS、CST等微波仿真软件任意一种;

5、有责任心,良好的团队协作精神,较强的沟通协调能力。

基站天线研发工程师岗位职责:

1、负责基站天线设计开发工作,包括:方案评估、天线研发调试与认证、技术规格书制作和产品技术支持等工作;

2、确保天线设计指标符合设计要求,并不满足可靠性及一致性要求;

3、外部合作厂家的工作沟通、协调与推动;

4、与其他部门密切协作,保证产品相关目标按期实现。

任职要求:

1、通信、电磁场、微波、射频、物理学等本科及以上相关专业;

2、具有3年及以上基站天线设计工作经验(有三大运营商成功招标经验者优先考虑),(TDD及FDD天线设计经验者均可);

3、具备电磁场与电磁波理论、微波技术、天线设计原理等理论基础;

4、精通使用相关的仿真软件(HFSS/CST/ADS等)了解和熟悉天线的设计、仿真及验证,能完成一般难度项目的天线设计;

5、熟练使用网络分析仪等相关RF测试仪器;

6、有5G天线研发经验优先。岗位职责:

篇3:天线测试工程师岗位职责

天线测试场测试工程师JOBREQUIREMENTS岗位要求:

1.Master’sdegreeoraboveinmicrowaveorradioengineeringdisciplineplus3+yearsofworkingexperienceonbasestationantennatest,especiallyonantennanearfieldandfarfieldrangetest.

2.Goodknowledgeonbasestationantennaproductsandrelatedtestingincludingpatterntest,PIMtestetc.Familiarwiththetestequipmentusedforantennatest.

3.Richexperiencewithnearfieldantennapatternmeasurement,includingMIMOantennarangetestetc.Understandthetheoryandmethodonpatterndatacollection/processing/calculation,near-to-farconversion,testerroranalysis,etc.

4.FamiliarwithNSI/Satimotestrangeincludingtestrangesetupsandcalibration.BeabletousesoftwaredevelopmenttoolorworkingwithsoftwareengineertogeneratetestscriptsordriveNSI/SatimoAPItooptimizeandautomatethemeasurementanddataprocessingforantennatestranges.SkillsonprogramminglanguagesuchasVB,C#,MATLABetc.isaplus.

5.Goodunderstandingontheparameters/specsofantennapattern,familiarwithBASTAstandardforantenna.

6.Strongself-studyability,willingtolearnandacceptnewskillswhichareneededinworking.Ateamplayer,alsohighlyself-motivatedanddirected.

7.GoodEnglishcommunicationskillsinverbalandwritten.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:

1.Developanddeliverautomationtestsolutions(includingtestsoftware,testjigs,testprocedureandrelateddocumentations)tomeetthetestrequirementsandimprovetestaccuracy/coverage/efficiencyforbasestationantennaproducts.

2.Focusonantennatestrangeoptimization/automation.Optimizeorsecondarydevelopthetestrangetestsetup,sequence,methodtoimprovethemeasurementspeedandmaximumtheutilizationofexistingtestranges.

3.WorkwithR&Dantennadesignerstodeveloptoolsoftwaretoautomateantennadataprocessing,analysisandreporting.

4.Beresponsibleforglobalantennateststrategybytrackingthenewtestingequipment,technicsandmethod,andproposingtomanagementteamforsystemupgrade.

5.Initiate/updatetheguidelinefortestrangeoperationandmaintenance.JOBREQUIREMENTS岗位要求:
