Responsibilities:

-Definestudiesorpre-studiesinCAD,

?Designhisownpart/componentrelativetospecificationsorCADelementsgivenbyPTMR&D/DesignLeaders,andresponsibleofitsdefinition(designrules,manufacturability,mechanical/thermalconstraints,style,…)

-ResponsibleofthegoodapplicationofBranchstandards®ulationsrules,CADmethodologyrules,DesignGuidelines,CADqualityrules,Checklistsanddesignqualitycontrol.

-Responsibleoflead-time/costsofhistasks(Efficiencyandtimingfollow-up)byrespectingprojectsmilestones/deadline,andCADengineers/operatorsfollow-upifanyunderhislead.

-Validate&follow-upofallCADdataconcerninghis(orher)componentinsideVLSBranchPDM/PLMsystems.

-DesignMechanicalValidationbysimpleFEAtoolsintegratedinCADsoftware.

-Designcompetencesimprovement

-ParticipatetoDesignEfficiency&qualityImprovementinWorkingGroup.MayleadtheworkingGroup.

-ProficientinCADsoftware,responsibletomonitor/improveCADperformance/productknowledgelevelofCADengineers/operatorsunderhisleadforhiscomponenttechnicaldefinition.

-EnsuregoodapplicationofN+1requirement.

篇2:结构工程管理岗位职责

结构工程师(设计管理)新城市投资广州新城市投资控股集团有限公司,新城市投资,新城市集团岗位职责:

1.参与分析和提交项目建设相关设计基础指标,确保项目策划满足可行性分析的要求;

2.参与编制结构设计任务书,提出专业设计要求,确保各专项设计满足各建设和规范要求;

3.参与结构选型和审核结构设计方案,审核施工技术方案、结构专业设计图和各专项设计指标的合理性;

4.负责提供现场结构设计技术支持,参与设计和技术标准体系、建设标准控制管理体系的建立与完善工作;

5.协助完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

1.统招本科或以上学历,结构专业、工民建专业、建筑工程专业毕业;

2.六年以上房地产行业工作经验,其中2年以上甲级设计院结构设计工作经验;

3.精通结构设计标准和规范、流程,熟悉成本管理、建筑施工标准、施工安全、现场管理知识;

4.具有良好的计划和执行能力、分析判断能力、创新能力、解决问题的能力;

5.有超高层建筑结构设计经验者优先。
