1、按“谁主管谁负责”的原则,在技术上对本厂安全生产工作全面负责。

2、加强安全技术管理,积极采用安全先进技术和安全防护装备,组织研究落实重大事故隐患整改方案。

3、在组织新建、扩建、改建基本建设项目以及技术改造项目的设计、施工和投产时,做到职业安全卫生设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产,并符合国家规定的标准。

4、审查厂安全技术规程、操作规程和安全技术措施项目,保证技术上切实可行。

5、负责组织制度生产岗位尘毒等有害物质的治理规划方案,使之达到国家卫生标准。

6、参加上报公司事故的调查,组织技术力量对事故进行技术原因分析、鉴定,提出技术上的改进措施。

7、按照上述安全职责,每年制订工程师年度安全工作计划,逐条落实在当年具体工作安排中。
