影像专家(超声产品方向)青岛海信医疗设备股份有限公司青岛海信医疗设备股份有限公司分支机构职责描述:

负责超声系统设计工作,指导产品开发上市;跟踪业界超声技术发展方向,规划超声技术发展路线;负责超声图像质量的评估和分析,负责超声高级功能的研发及实现;管理超声研发团队,提升研发团队技术水平。

任职要求:

1、5年以上超声产品研发经验,具备扎实算法理论基础,掌握模式识别或图像处理相关知识;

2、在超声系统设计、图像优化等方面具备丰富开发经验;精通C/C++,Matlab等编程软件;

3、思路开阔,善于创新,积极跟踪相关领域最新的技术动态和成果;

4、在超声高级功能(如造影、弹性成像、三维成像等方向)有深入研究者优先,具有临床合作经验者优先,具备团队管理经验者优先。

Qualification:

-Bachelordegreewithmajoredinmedicalorbio-engineer

-Minimum5yearsexperienceinsales/marketingexperienceinthefieldofclinicalorengineeringindustryatmultinationalcompany.Minimum5yearsexperienceinclinicalmarketing/applicationorprojectmanagementwithgoodcustomerrelationshipmanagementskills

-Excellentknowledgeofultrasoundworkflow,productrelated,marketingandprojectmanagement

-ExcellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish

-AbletoinfluencecustomersinawaytohaveapositiveattitudetowardsSiemensproduct,beingtheleaderofproject
