分析评估师岗位职责
资产评估师–分析师/高级分析师|估计及咨询服务部北京高力国际物业服务有限公司北京高力国际物业服务有限公司,高力主要职责:
1.主要负责资产评估项目,能独立组织完成评估项目的工作
2.负责项目的限产勘查和调查
3.负责起草评估报告,并能够达到规范要求,在经理指导下完成项目报告并达到规范要求
4.胜任整体企业价值评估及各类无形资产评估工作
5.能为项目团队其他成员提供技术和专业经验的帮助
6.可以与团队其他成员有良好的团队协作能力
7.收集与资产评估相关的行业资料,能妥善处理与客户、其他中介机构、项目组成员的关系
8.能够进行公司内部各专业间的一般协作协调
9.完成领导安排的其他工作
任职要求:
1.财经、机械设备、土建类、工程造价、资产评估等相关专业,本科及以上学历
2.中英文流利,具备CFA,CPV等估值相关执业资格者优先
3.一到三年资产评估公司或相关工作经验,有大中型会计事务所工作经历优先考虑
4.熟练操作计算机办公软件,熟练掌握最新审计、评估准则、企业会计准则及相关法律法规
5.具有良好的人际沟通和协调能力、敬业精神、团队合作精神及良好的职业道德
6.可以适应加班需求及出差需求

-Assistseniorswithprojectpitchandproposaldrafting
-AssistthegrowthanddevelopmentofthevaluationbusinessinChina;and
-Performanyotherdutiesbydirectsupervisor.
Requirements:
-Graduatedegreeinrealestate,business,economics,finance,accounting
-FluentinbothMandarinandEnglish,CFA,CPVqualificationorotherrelatedprofessionalqualificationsuchasASA,RICS,CPAorotherbusinessvaluationrelateddesignationsisanadvantage
-1-3yearsofexperiencesinbusinessvaluation,investmentanalysis,corporatefinance,securitypricing,auditwithinternationalaccountingfirms/consultingfirms/investmentbanks/privateequityfirms/MNCs
-ExcellentknowledgeinfinancialmodellingwithExcelfordiscountedcash-flowanalysis,pricingofderivativesandotherfinancialinstruments
