信号设计工程师岗位职责
混合信号设计工程师泰凌微电子泰凌微电子(上海)有限公司,泰凌,泰凌微电子,泰凌工作职责:
1)根据指标要求制定模块的Specification;
2)负责模拟和混合信号IC电路的设计和仿真;
3)负责指导版图工程师完成电路的版图设计;
4)制定芯片的测试计划,并在流片后配合芯片测试;
5)负责芯片设计过程中相关设计文档的写作。
能力要求:
1)硕士以上学历,电子工程学或微电子学专业毕业,三年以上相关工作经验者优先;
2)熟悉ADC(SAR/Pipeline/DS-ADC)的设计和仿真;
3)熟悉CMOS工艺模拟集成电路设计、流片和测试流程;
4)熟悉Linux系统以及CadenceSpectre,matlab,verilog-a等设计软件和语言的使用;
5)掌握数字信号处理相关知识。

协助在报价阶段向商务管理/商务开发部门提供及时准确的设计报价

帮助商务管理/商务开发部门进行新机会的可行性与科技价值决策
?Supportproductiondiscrepanciesbyincorporatingfixesintosubsequentrevisionsinatimelymanner.
对由于后续版本改进而引入的生产上的差异提供及时支持

在核准的设计工程日志本中记录所有的观点、草图、以及相关的会谈情况

利用生产过程中收集的SPC数据在随后的过程中确保设计的不断改进
