管理系统专员岗位职责

职责描述:

1.负责维护设备润滑管理SAAS系统中,所需的各项数据模板、管理模板,满足行业管理特征。

2.负责远程通过:在线客户、视频、远程协助等方式,对SAAS系统的使用用户进行应用指导。

3.负责设备润滑管理SAAS系统售前售后技术支持,负责标杆客户现场的系统应用实施现场指导。

4.负责标杆客户现场售前售后技术支持,包括:方案演示、客户培训,应用答疑,需求汇总等。

5.负责协助标杆客户制定系统实施计划,指导客户不同角色人员熟练使用系统。

6.负责协助标杆客户,完成系统中基础数据设置,完善所需的各项管理模板。

7.负责标杆客户的定期回访,进行应用指导,并客户真实反馈信息,为系统优化提供依据。

任职要求:

1.35岁以下,大专以上学历,机械、互联网等相关专业。

2.有1年以上工厂各类管理软件应用实施经验,或工业SAAS类软件实施经验。

3.熟悉工厂设备管理:润滑、点检、保护、维修、备件等,对设备润滑管理熟悉了解。

4.具备以下经验之一者优先考虑:

A、有工厂设备管理系统、润滑管理相关工作经验。

B、熟悉了解工厂软件实施流程,以下系统实施经验:ERP、WMS、TMS、MES、SCM….

C、在大型工厂“设备管理部门”有从业经历。

D、在“工业互联网”、“自动化工控”型技术型企业、互联网企业有从业经历。
