篇2:机械设备技术员安全工作职责
(1)认真贯彻国家、地方有关安全生产环境保护、工业卫生的方针、政策、法律法规、规定和标准。严格执行国家各项专业有关安全生产的设计规范和要求。
(2)凡是新建、扩建、改建或挖潜技改项目,都必须有保证安全生产和消除有毒、有害因素的设施,并要与主体工程同时设计,同时施工,同时投入生产或使用。
(3)对机械设备引发的事故,要认真调查,分析原因,提出改进防范措施,确保安全。
(4)在安装新设备和改革工艺设备时,需要制订出安全生产规程,要向职工进行安全技术方面的教育,并编制试车程序。
(5)严格遵守试车规定,参加机械设备试车时,发现不安全因素要立即停车,经科学分析,采取相应预防措施。
(6)要经常深入现场了解和检查机械设备运行情况,定期校验安全装置,使之处于完好有效状态。
(7)在制订维修计划时,要制订具体安全措施,并督促执行。到车间工段指导工作时,应遵守岗位安全操作规程。
(8)负责对机械设备保养人员进行业务指导,设备有不安全隐患,必须及时组织排除或采取应急措施,防止设备故障和损坏,引起人身事故。
(9)指导事故隐患整改;对机械设备事故进行原因分析,提出改进和预防措施;并不断推广应用新的安全技术和劳动保护措施,不断改善和提高企业的安全生产、劳动保护。工业卫生的水平。
