UAT测试岗位职责

岗位职责:

1、负责各类需求的UAT测试及灰度测试(生产验证)工作;

2、负责测试管理工具的维护及使用,对Bug生命周期进行有效管理;

3、负责梳理需求,编写测试计划、测试案例,完成测试,输出测试报告,对测试过程中发现的问题进行及时跟踪、分析与报告,确保发现的Bug能有效的解决,保证系统上线质量;

4、与业务人员、开发及运维人员保持良好的沟通,保证测试工作的有效性及完整性。,保证测试工作的有效性及完整性。

任职资格:

1、全日制本科及以上,专业不限;

2、3年以上测试工作经验,银行业经验优先;

3、具有较好的项目管理、沟通和团队合作能力。

任职要求:

-GoodwrittenandoralEnglishcommunicationsskills.

-Solidexperienceoftestplan,teststrategy,testcase,testexecution,defectmanagementandreport.

-Goodunderstandingandpracticeinsoftwaretestingprocessandmethodologies.

-FamiliaritywithApplicationLifecycleManagement(ALM),JIRAorothertestmanagementtools.

-Abilitytoworkwithdifferentteamsanddeliverefficiently.

-Goodsenseonriskmanagement.

-Goodabilityandinitiativetolearnandresearchnewconcepts,ideas,andtechnologiesquickly.
