岗位职责:
1.负责区域导购员招聘、培训、考勤档案管理和员工关系等日常工作管理;以及导购员的周业绩收集、薪资制作,竞品信息收集反馈,门店信息汇总提报等各类报表与数据管理;
2.负责导购员企业文化、产品知识、饮食健康等销售技能的培训,及卖场客情维护的指导并按公司培训体系贯彻执行培训落地;
3,负责区域导购团队月度会议开展,团队活动执行以及导购员福利的发放;
4承接区域有导购门店业绩目标达成,执行激励方案提升团队效能,做好销售数据分析为区域提供有效支持;
5.制定门店拜访计划走访门店,店内指导提升促销员综合技能;及时收集反馈竞品信息;针对市场状况及时提出改善计划;
任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历,经济类、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业;
2.1~3年导购员管理经验;
3.具有一定的培训能力,电子表格EXCEL实际操作能力。

任职资格:
1、本科以上学历,电子、计算机工程等理工类专业毕业;
