职责描述

作为热处理技术工程师主管,将成为工程技术部的一员。需要完成这些主要工作和任务,但不仅仅局限于此
1.Responsiblereportingtodepartmentleaderonprocessdesignandqualityimprovementetc.
负责向部门领导汇报工艺方案、质量改进方案等
2.ResponsiblefortheprocessplanningandprocessdevelopmentonVacuumLowpressurecarburizing(LPC),Straighteningandshotpeeningprocess.
负责真空低压渗碳工艺策划和工艺开发,校直和强喷工艺
3.Responsibleforprocesstechnologyandqualityissuehandlingondailybasisbyusingstandardqualitytools.
通过使用标准质量工具,负责处置日常工艺技术和质量问题
4.Responsibletomakepresentationsofrootcauseanalysisforchronictechnicalissues.
负责制作长期问题根因分析的材料
5.Responsibletoconfirmprocessdisciplineandproblemsmodificationstatustowarrantytheefficientrunninginproduction.Activelysolvingtechnicalproblemstoincreaseprocesslevel,productqualityandeffectivelyreduceprocesscost.
负责确认工艺纪律和问题改善进展,保证生产效率。积极开展技术攻关,提高工艺水平,提高产品质量,有效地降低工艺成本
6.Reviewtheprocessdocumentationformassproductionandensuretheaccuracyandvalidityofproductiondocuments.
审核量产工艺文件并确认生产文件的准确性和有效性
7.ConductperiodicalCapabilitystudyfordifferentprocessesinHTandActionplanningforincapableprocesses.
开展热处理不同工艺的定期能力研究和对能力不够的工艺进行行动策划
8.ResponsibleforbuildupandimplementationofQualitymanagementsystemasperCQI-9andconductperiodicalauditasperguideline
根据CQI-9,负责建立和执行质量管理系统。按照指南,进行定期审计。
9.ResponsibleforimplementationofQualitymanagementsystemasperIATF19649guideline
按照IATF19649指南,负责执行质量管理系统
10.InvolvedwiththeevaluationofHTqualitysystem,andresponsibleforthecorrectionandclosureofNOKitem.
参与热处理质量系统评估并负责改正并解决不合格问题
11.Involvedwiththesupplierevaluationandprovidetechnicalsupport
参与厂家评估并提供技术支持
12.InvolvedwithHTcostanalysisandtheimplementationofimprovementitems
参与热处理成本分析并执行改善项目
13.ResponsibleforProcessplanning,executionandqualificationfornewproductdevelopmentcomponents.
负责对新零件开发进行工艺设计,执行和证明
14.PreparationofTrainingModulesandconducttrainingtodevelopskillsofnewtechniciansandoperators.
准备培训模块并开展培训并发展新技术员和操作员的技能
15.Beresponsibleforprovidingroughpartagreementofproductionandsigningagreementwithsupplier.
负责提供产品毛坯协议要求,并同供应商签订
16.Beresponsibleforcapacityandmachineplanning,machinetypeselectionandacceptance.
负责新项目的热处理车间产能及设备规划、热处理设备选型及验收
17.Beresponsibleforheattreatmentfailureanalysis,withacertaindegreeofmetallographicanalysisability,beabletoanalyzerootcauseforcrack,peeling,fractureetc.failuremodeandprovidecountermeasures.
负责热处理失效分析,具备一定的金相分析能力,能够对裂纹、剥落、断口等失效方式进行真因分析,并提供解决方案。
任职条件PostQualifications:
1.大学本科或以上学历,金属材料相关专业

2.良好的英语口语及书面能力

篇2:安全主管领导副经理工程师安全生产职责
(1)在经理的领导下,主管安全工作的安全执行人(安全主管领导、副总经理、总工程师)负责本公司的全面安全管理工作及安全技术规程和编制安全技术措施计划,并组织落实;
(2)组织制订本公司安全大检查,落实重大理故隐患的整改;
(3)组织安全大检查,落实重大事故隐患的整改;
(4)组织开展各类安全活动,推广总结安全运营先进经验,奖励先进部门和个人;
(5)审核安全技术措施费用;
(6)定期组织召开安全会议,分析公司安全生产动态,及时解决安全运营中存在的问题。
篇3:施工项目主管工程师安全职责范本
(1)贯彻执行上级有关环境保护和安全文明施工的措施和规定,组织编制本项目环境保护和安全文明施工措施,经批准后组织实施。
(2)在计划、布置、检查施工时,把安全文明施工工作贯穿到每个施工环节,在确保安全的前提下组织施工。
(3)提出本项目安全技术措施计划项目,经批准后负责组织实施。
(4)负责组织对跨班组施工项目开工前的安全文明施工条件进行检查、落实并签证确认。对重要的施工项目,应亲临现场监督施工。
(5)负责本项目职工的环境保护和安全文明施工教育,认真组织与检查每周一次的安全日活动。
(6)主持本项目每月一次的安全情况分析会。组织每月一次的安全大检查,负责安排解决存在的问题。
(7)贯穿执行安全工作与经济挂钩的管理办法,严肃查处违章违纪行为。
(8)组织并主持轻伤事故和记录事故中严重未遂事故的调查分析,提出对事故责任者的处理意见。
