【岗位职责要求岗位：分析员（全职）】

岗位职责：

1、客户需求分析、项目资料搜集和相关专题研究

2、客户现场调研访谈，外部行业标杆实证研究

3、组织或参与客户专题研讨会（焦点小组讨论等）

4、方案设计、报告撰写，以及与客户的沟通、讲解和修订

5、根据工作需要在国内及海外出差

岗位要求：

1、面向2019届毕业生，或毕业2年以内有志于从事管理咨询的人员

2、敏思好学，对管理咨询充满热情；友善开朗，乐于与人沟通交流

3、熟练掌握Office软件，听说读写技能优秀

4、大学本科及以上学历，具备商业和管理咨询常识、有咨询行业实习经验或科研经历者优先

职责范围:

1.BusinessAnalysis

UnderITapplicationdirectororITdevelopmentmanager’sguidanceandsupervision,toworkwithuserstoidentifyandsolvebusinessproblems,analyzebusinessanduserneeds,anddevelopsrecommendationstosolveproblemsandissuesrelatedtobusinessoperations.ResponsibleforoptimizingcorporationbusinessperformancebyenhancingthealignmentbetweenbusinessprocessesandITapplicationplatform.Responsibleforgatheringusers’requirementsandperformingresearchandanalysistosupportbusinessoperations.Determinesbestpracticesandsuggestshowtoimprovecurrentpractices.

2.Systemdevelopment

UnderITdevelopmentmanager’sguidanceandsupervision,tofinalizesystemdetailrequirement,preparethetechnicalfeasibilityforITdevelopmentmanager’sreviewtosolvecomplexproblemsconsideringcomputerequipmentcapacityandlimitations,operatingtimeandformofdesiredresults.Responsibleforprogramdesign,analysis,coding,testing,debugging,anddocumentation.AssistITdevelopmentmanagertoensureallprojectstobedeliveredperschedule,responsibleforcontrollingtheprogrammingquality.StudyanynewITtechnicforbettersystemdevelopmentplatform.

3.SystemSupport

UnderITdevelopmentmanagerguideline,responsibleformonitoringinformationsystemsoperationsandimplementationofanynewdevelopedsystemandmodifications.UnderITdevelopmentdirector/manager’sguidanceandsupervision,toassistmaximizingopportunitiestoutilizesystemdatatoimprovebusinessprocesses.AssistITdevelopmentdirector/managertoimplementbestpractice,monitorthedataintegrityandresolverelatedtechnicissue.教育程度/经验
