1.承担咨询项目实施的主要人员角色，在项目经理安排和指导下开展咨询工作；

2.独立负责项目组所需的资料收集工作，并根据项目需求提炼有效的项目信息；

3.参与咨询项目诊断阶段的调研与访谈，提炼访谈获得的有效信息，如能独立撰写诊断报告更佳；

4.参与项目解决方案设计，从问题出发，制定符合客户发展实际的问题解决方案；

5.关注电力行业动态并参与行业研究报告的撰写；

6.参与标杆企业研究，完成数据收集与分析工作；

7.参与销售前段的项目建议书撰写等商务工作；

8.完成公司交代的其他工作与任务。

职位要求：

1.学历要求：重点高校研究生学历，985/211大学本科学历也可考虑；?

2.专业要求：企业管理、市场营销、经济学等相关专业优先；

3.工作经历：具有咨询公司或市场研究公司实习或工作经验者优先；

4.核心胜任力：具备较强的分析与解决问题的能力、表达与沟通协作的能力、逻辑思维能力以及学习能力等。

UnderITdevelopmentmanager’sguidanceandsupervision,tofinalizesystemdetailrequirement,preparethetechnicalfeasibilityforITdevelopmentmanager’sreviewtosolvecomplexproblemsconsideringcomputerequipmentcapacityandlimitations,operatingtimeandformofdesiredresults.Responsibleforprogramdesign,analysis,coding,testing,debugging,anddocumentation.AssistITdevelopmentmanagertoensureallprojectstobedeliveredperschedule,responsibleforcontrollingtheprogrammingquality.StudyanynewITtechnicforbettersystemdevelopmentplatform.

3.SystemSupport
