KeyResponsibilities

1.Developandimprovethedealerarchitecturaldesignofpermanentmanagementsystems,auditprocessestoensureprojectmanagementcompanyrelatedfacilitiesinaccordancewithdesignworkrequiredtocomplete;

制定、完善经销商永久性建筑设计管理制度、审核流程，确保项目管理公司能够按照要求完成相关设施设计工作；

2.Developandimprovethelogisticsrequiredforpermanentbuildingssupplierselection,managementandevaluationsystemsandlogisticsmanagementprocesses,materialssupplierstoachievetherationalmanagementoftheconstructionoffacilitiestoensurethematerialsupplytomeettime,qualityrequirements;

制定、完善经销商永久性建筑所需物流供应商选择、管理、考核制度及物流供应管理流程，实现对物料供应商的合理管理，确保物料供应满足设施建筑时间、质量要求；

3.Develop,improvedealerfacilitiesauditprocess,allthedealersberegularlyauditedthebrandfacilities,andtheformationofthereporttomanagementonthenetworkdevelopmentdepartment;

制定、完善经销商设施审核工作流程，定期对所有经销商品牌设施进行审核工作，并形成报告向网络发展部管理层汇报；

4.Develop,improvedealerfacilitiesauditincentivemeasurestoensuredealersleadingfacilitiesintheindustrytomeetthebrandstandards;

制定、完善经销商设施的审核奖惩措施，确保经销商设施处于行业领先水平，满足品牌形象标准

1.带领PM&FA团队

Setup/supervise/managePM&FAcrew;

2.设备停机率小于等于5%--审核制定并监督部门PM计划,人员多技能培训,设备改造

downtimecontrol≤5%,establishandcheckthePMplan,plantodocrosstrainingfortechnician.plantoservicetheequipment.

3.安全培训,安全宣传,现场巡视
