岗位职责：
1、根据公司的发展战略，销售战略，制定并组织实施完整的销售计划，领导团队将计划转变为销售结果；
2、负责区域内销售业务拓展，业务接洽、咨询及关系维护，完成销售指标；
3、分解销售任务指标，制定责任、费用评价办法，制定、调整销售运营政策；
4、销售团队建设，帮助建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍；
5、进行客户分析，挖掘用户需求，开发新的客户和新的市场领域
6、对所管辖区域内平台加盟外包人员的日常指导派工，确保安装服务质量；
7、其他日常工作。
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，汽修、机电、汽车电子等相关专业优先；
2、一年及以上汽车相关行业管理经验，有较好的汽车金融、汽车租赁及4S店行业的资源优先
3、需具备市场营销知识、汽车维修基础知识；
4、能熟练操作计算机系统、有驾照，具备良好的驾驶能力；
5、具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，组建和培训团队经验丰富
6、应变能力强，商务沟通能力强，做事认真负责；
7、工作主动性、执行力强，能适应短期出差。
