职责描述

WearelookingforanexperiencedfrontendpowerHardwareEngineer,whocandevelophighlyreliableoutdoorpowersystems/frontendpowersupplies.

Responsibilities:

Thecandidatewillbeinvolvedinthearchitecture,design,developmentandqualificationtestsofpowersystems/subsystems/componentsforHighlyreliablenetworkingequipment.Thecandidate,ifselected,willbeakeycontributortothedesignanddevelopmentteamandwillberesponsibleforthecreationofhighlyreliablepowersystemsandpowersupplies.

?Design/developlowtomediumfrontendACandDCinputpowersystem/powersupplies

?Generatepowersystemandsubsystemfunctionalspecificationswithinternalcross-functionalteamsforcleardefinitionandproductrequirements.

?Define,directandparticipateinpowerdesignverificationtests.

?Design/developpowersystemstomeetinternationalregulatoryrequirements,EMCrequirements,reliabilityrequirements,environmentalrequirements,andleadingtelecomindustryrequirementsincludingNEBS.

?Studypowersystems/productfeasibilityinconjunctionwithCOGanddeliverytargets.

?Leadandenhancepowerproductdesign/developmentprocessesforhighefficiencyandhighlyreliablepowerproducts.

?Leadtheresolutionforpowerrelatedfield/productproblemsincludingFAandcustomerissuesonassignedprojects.

?ProvidetechnicaldocumentsforpowerRFQpackageandreviewvendor’stechnicalcapabilities/developmentprocessesforthepowerprojectteam’svendorselectionandprogramawardprocess.

?LeadfrontendpowerdevelopmentswithvendorsinlinewithCiscopowerdevelopmentandqualityprocess,identifypossibleissuesproactively,andresolvethemtomeetcommitteddeliverablesthroughregularprojectteammeetingsandfollow-ups.

?Interfacecross-functionallyandleadteamcollaborationglobally

?TranslateBUlevelgoalsintoindividualworkassignments.

Requirements:

Thesuccessfulapplicantshouldhaveaproventrackrecordofdeliveringqualitypowerproducts,andshouldpossessthefollowingskillsandexperience:

?Minimum3~5yearsofexperienceworkingasapowerdesignengineerforredundantfrontendDCandACinputpowersupplies/systemlevelpowerarchitectureforNetworkingandTelecomequipment.

?Experiencewithprotopowersystemtroubleshootingandinitialpowerbring-upwithproficientdigitalpowermanagementcontrollerprogrammingskills.

?Expertiseinpowerconversiontopologies/tradeoffs,analogcircuitdesignsandcircuitsimulations.

?ExperiencewithresolvingEMI,EMC,regulatorycomplianceissues.

?ExperiencewithschematiccapturetoolssuchasMentorGraphicePDandboardlayoutreviewtoolssuchasAllegroPhysicalviewer.

?Experiencewithsignalintegrityanalysisforpower.

?Experienceinmanagingandworkingwithvendordesign(schematicentryandPCBLayout).

?Technicalleadershipindesigning,testingandprojectmanagingofthedevelopmentofpowerproductsfortheworldwidemarket,meetingregulatorycompliancerequirementsandtelecomindustrystandards.

?Experiencewithpowersystemloopstabilityanalysisandoptimization.

财务部副经理岗位职责及要求

1、主要职责:

贯彻执行国家财政法规和企业财务管理制度,向财务总监负责;负责财务预算、决算的具体编制工作,负责编写定期和不定期的各种财务分析报告和专项的财务分析;监督检查会计核算全过程,确保收入及时安全入库,保证支出合法合理,确保会计核算的真实、准确、及时;定期组织对固定资产和流动资产的清查、核实,确保财产账、卡与实物相符;督促各消费点收银员、出纳员按规定程序、手续及时做好资金回笼,确保营业款项准时进账、存款,保证日常合理开支需要的供给;协助财务总监实施对物资采购供应工作进行财务监督,核查采供计划、资金使用计划、物资管理制度等的执行情况,并向财务总监提出报告和处理意见;做好财产的保全,督促应收账款的催收工作,负责审查各项开支。

2、职位要求:

酒店管理或相关管理专业;精通本部门各岗位工作,能运用各

种财务报表进行企业经济活动分析;熟悉国家相关财务、税务、审计法规与政策;熟悉财务各个岗位工作职责,并具有三年以上财务主管经验;有较强的财务业务处理能力及对财务人员的管理与工作协调能力;事业心强,工作积极主动、细致、敬业,具有良好的协作精神和高度责任感。熟练使用电脑操作;对财务软件的应用和数据库管理功能有了解和认识。

岗位职责

协助餐饮总监负责酒店的餐饮服务管理及出品管理的各项工作。

1、协助制定年度、月度营业计划,完成餐饮总监交待的各项接待任务。

2、协助餐饮总监制定促销计划,及市场分析。

3、检查管理人员的工作程序,服务程序及各项规章制度的执行情况。发现问题及时处理并汇报餐饮总监。

4、协助控制食品和饮品的标准,规格。加强食品原料及物品的管理。

5、定期召开专项会议(出品部,服务部)

6、抓好设备,设施的维修保养工作,加强日常管理,防止事故发生。

7、落实卫生和安全保障工作,贯彻执行饮食卫生制度,确保各营业场所、厨房、库房的安全。

8、完成餐饮总监交给的其它任务,餐饮总监不在时,代行总监职责。

素质要求:

与餐饮总监要求相同。
