篇2:IT运维专员岗位职责
IT运维专员四川海底捞餐饮股份有限公司海鸿达(北京)餐饮管理有限公司,四川海底捞餐饮股份有限公司,海底捞外送,海鸿达餐饮,海鸿达工作职责:
1、负责门店局域网络维护管理,维护网络系统安全,做到对事件第一时间跟踪和处理;
2、负责对终端设备、服务器、VPN路由器等设备维护和管理,以及IT设备运行监控和维护,保证各IT设备能够持续有效运行;
3、负责监控、加固门店系统软件和维护数据库的工作;
4、负责定期编写服务器、操作系统、数据库系统运行情况报告;
5、定期收集、反馈业务部门的需求并跟踪完成;
6、定期与一线或职能部门负责人沟通,了解在IT方面的需求,并做到对用户需求及时回复,提高部门整体的满意度;
7、定期组织片区内门店网管及业务人员的培训工作,提高门店网管故障处理能力和业务人员的操作能力;
8、能够按时、按质、按量完成领导交办的工作。
任职资格:
1、具备SQL、Mysql数据库管理经验;
2、具备Linux、Windows操作系统的系统管理经验;
3、具备主流交换机、路由器、防火墙VPN产品的配置及常见故障解决能力;
4、工作细致踏实,积极主动,有较强的责任心、沟通及执行能力和服务意识;
5、有较强的团队意识、吃苦耐劳精神;
6、应届毕业生条件优秀者可以优先考虑;
