职责描述：
1.查阅相关靶点的基础研究和临床研究资料；
2.参加学术活动和培训，获取相关项目的最新研究进展和专业技能；
3.熟悉项目的临床前研究结果，常与临床前研究部门密切沟通交流，积极参与或了解临床前研究的相关工作，并从中获取重要信息：包括药理学，毒理学，药代动力学等研究结果，为I期临床方案的设计奠定基础；
4.协助项目经理完成Ⅰ期临床试验（包括耐受、药代、等效等）方案设计、总结报告撰写等工作，配合省局现场核查及评审答辩等；
5.组织、实施所负责的Ⅰ期临床试验工作，遵照研究方案、GCP及公司SOP要求，调研筛选中心，启动、监查和结束临床试验；
7．负责检查并报告试验进度和质量，发现问题、分析问题、与临床医生沟通并共同商议解决方案，且加以实施解决出现的问题；
8.维护与临床研究单位及相关专家的良好合作关系，协调试验各方关系。
职位要求：
1.性别不限，年龄20-40岁；
2.硕士及以上学历，临床药理、药代、临床医学等相关专业；
3.应届毕业生或1年以上早期临床研究工作经验者优先；
4.熟悉临床前研究方法，能熟练解读临床前药毒理数据；
5.做事认真、仔细，积极、独立的工作能力，系统的文献检索能力；
性格开朗，精力充沛，富有激情。
