ThiscanbeProductDevelopmentProjects,PMTactivities,TransferprojectsorotherprojectsinitiatedbyGrouporLocalManagement.
TheManufacturingEngineeringProject(ME-PM)isonbehalfofthelocalPlantManagement(PlantMgmt.)responsibleforprojectmanagementofassignedprojects.
ThepositioniskeytoensuresuccessfulintegrationofprojectsandimprovementsinthelocalPlantandherbyenablestimelyreleaseofglobalProductDevelopmentprojectaswellProductLineManagementactivities.

?EnsurelocalscopeclarificationandresourcedemandandalignmentwithlocalPlantManagement.
?Deliveraspromised:ResponsibleforPlanning,execution,controllingandrealizationofScope,timeschedule,investment,cost&manning.
?CoordinatelocalactivitieswithinME,SupplyChain,manufacturingandEHS.
?CoordinateinterfaceinprojectslocallywithQualityandPurchasing.
?LocallyagreeuponneededresourceswithinME,SupplyChain,manufacturingandEHS.
?Responsibleforlocaldeliveriesandensureeachdepartmentdeliverasagreedandaccordingtotheplan.
?Responsibleforexecutingofinvestmentforequipment(incl.Cashflow.)
?ResponsibleforallequipmentVPCexecution.Timeandschedule.

?TheME-PMrepresentthelocalManufacturingPlant,andmustensurethevoiceofPlantistakenintoaccountinProductlineactivities.i.e.ensureimpact,benefitsandconsequencesintheManufacturingplantareclear.
?TakepartinProductlineactivitiesandactonbehalfofthelocalPlant.ThiswillincludeallactivitiesfromPlanningofnewprojectstoexecutionofprojects(incl.Variants,QualityandDtVactivities).
?CoordinateProductlineactivitiesacrossthelocalmanufacturingPlantandcoordinatewithstakeholdersoutsidethePlant(Otherplantsand/orMPM).

篇2:建筑工程项目总监理工程师质量安全违法违规行为行政处罚规定
一、违反第一项规定的行政处罚
项目总监未按规定取得注册执业资格的,按照《注册监理工程师管理规定》第二十九条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。项目总监违反规定受聘于两个及以上单位并执业的,按照《注册监理工程师管理规定》第三十一条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。
二、违反第二项规定的行政处罚
项目总监未按规定组织审查施工单位提交的施工组织设计中的安全技术措施或者专项施工方案,按照《建设工程安全生产管理条例》第五十七条规定对监理单位实施行政处罚;按照《建设工程安全生产管理条例》第五十八条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。
三、违反第三项规定的行政处罚
项目总监未按规定组织项目监理机构人员采取旁站、巡视和平行检验等形式实施监理造成质量事故的,按照《建设工程质量管理条例》第七十二条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。项目总监将不合格的建筑材料、建筑构配件和设备按合格签字的,按照《建设工程质量管理条例》第六十七条规定对监理单位实施行政处罚;按照《建设工程质量管理条例》第七十三条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。
四、违反第四项规定的行政处罚
项目总监发现施工单位未按照法律法规以及有关技术标准、设计文件和建设工程承包合同施工未要求施工单位整改,造成质量事故的,按照《建设工程质量管理条例》第七十二条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。
五、违反第五项规定的行政处罚
项目总监发现存在安全事故隐患,未要求施工单位整改;情况严重的,未要求施工单位暂时停止施工,未及时报告建设单位;施工单位拒不整改或者不停止施工,未及时向有关主管部门报告的,按照《建设工程安全生产管理条例》第五十七条规定对监理单位实施行政处罚;按照《建设工程安全生产管理条例》第五十八条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。
六、违反第六项规定的行政处罚
项目总监未按规定审查施工单位的竣工申请,未参加建设单位组织的工程竣工验收的,按照《注册监理工程师管理规定》第三十一条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。项目总监将不合格工程按照合格签认的,按照《建设工程质量管理条例》第六十七条规定对监理单位实施行政处罚;按照《建设工程质量管理条例》第七十三条规定对项目总监实施行政处罚。
