JOBDESCRIPTION

1.ToleadMEgrouptowardsachievingthedepartmentalqualityobjectives.

2.ToidentifyMEEngineers,MSEngineers&TS(EIT)trainingneeds.

3.ToensureproductsmanufacturedareincompliancewithJabil'scustomerrequirements.

4.ToleadMEgroupinimprovingsectionwiderealizationthroughprocessandequipmentoptimizations.

5.TosuperviseMEEngineers,MSEngineers&TS(EIT).

6.Toplanandleadcontinuousimprovementprojectsleadingtoimprovementinplantwiderealization.

7.Toread,understandandsupporttheimplementationofsystemsstatedinallQualityandEnvironmentalManuals.

8.AsaDMR,performthejobasaMRintheabsenceoftheMR.

9.BeresponsibleforprovidemanpowerandfinancesupporttoensureISO14001&OHSAS18001tobeimplemented.

10.Controlwork-relatedincidentoraccidents,saveenergyandfreshwater,sortwasteandreducewaste.

11.PerformsafetyresponsibilitytosupervisedailysafetyproductionandrectifyEHSnon-conformity.

12.Ensureallproductionequipment、tools.etcingoodconditionandavoidsickequipment&toolstobeoperated.

13.ArrangeadesignatedemployeeasanEHScoordinatorwhoisresponsibleforEHSroutinesinthedepartmentorWorkcell.

14.Ensureemployeestoattendthree-levelEHStraining(plant-level,DeptorWorkcell-levelandposition–level).

15.Beresponsibleforequippingoperatorswithpersonalprotectiveequipment(Abbr.PPE),andtrainoperatorhowtowearPPE.

16.Beresponsibleformanagingsuppliersandvendors’EHSactivitiesandensuresuppliersandvendorsmeetourplantEHSrequirement

17.Establish&keeprecordforEHSoperation.

18.MustfollowRBAprovision.

Requirements:

DegreeinEngineering.Minimum4yearsofmanagerialexperienceinahighvolume,automatedandtechnologicalmanufacturingofPrintedCircuitBoardAssembliesenvironment.

Experienceinhighvolumeandautomatedmanufacturingenvironment.Possesshighqualityleadership.

岗位职责

协助餐饮总监负责酒店的餐饮服务管理及出品管理的各项工作。

1、协助制定年度、月度营业计划,完成餐饮总监交待的各项接待任务。

2、协助餐饮总监制定促销计划,及市场分析。

3、检查管理人员的工作程序,服务程序及各项规章制度的执行情况。发现问题及时处理并汇报餐饮总监。

4、协助控制食品和饮品的标准,规格。加强食品原料及物品的管理。

5、定期召开专项会议(出品部,服务部)

6、抓好设备,设施的维修保养工作,加强日常管理,防止事故发生。

7、落实卫生和安全保障工作,贯彻执行饮食卫生制度,确保各营业场所、厨房、库房的安全。

8、完成餐饮总监交给的其它任务,餐饮总监不在时,代行总监职责。

素质要求:

与餐饮总监要求相同。

岗位职责

1、巡视各餐厅、宴会厅、酒吧等的营业及服务情况,指导、监督日常经营活动。

2、检查各餐厅的卫生、摆台标准、开餐用品,确保服务质量和工作效率。

3、参加餐饮总监主持的工作例会,提出合理化建议,汇报各餐厅的经营情况。

4、做好各餐厅经理的排班表,监督各餐厅制定排班表,带头执行酒店的各类规章制度。

5、发展良好的客户关系,满足客人的特殊需要,处理客人投诉。

6、与总厨密切联系和合作,提出有关食品销售建议,及时将客人要求反馈给厨师长,为食品原料的采购和厨房出菜提供依据。

7、完成餐饮总监交给的其它任务。
