工作职责：
?负责管理生产运营小组的日常工作，确保完成生产目标；
?配合质量团队，不断提高团队生产质量，降低客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
?对团队成员进行技能培训、业务指导等。

?大专以上学历；
?5年以上生产、服务运营管理工作经验；
?具备一定的团队管理技巧和经验。

?AtleastaVocationalSchoolcertificatewith2yearsofexperienceleadingworkgroups.Diplomaispreferred.
?CertificateofDentalTechnicianpreferably.
?Generalknowledgeincomputerprograms.
?GoodcommandofwrittenandspokenEnglish.

篇2:安全生产责任制:运输技术主管
一、是本队安全技术工作第一责任人,在运输准备队队长的领导下,对本队的技术工作全面负责。
二、搞好安全技术管理、质量管理和安全技术培训,确实把好技术关,保证安全运输。
三、经常深入现场检查全矿运输车辆,分析安全工作中存在的技术问题,检查运输车辆的完好情况,确保安全运输。
四、负责运输车辆操作规程的编制和审批。
五、负责本矿的运输标准化管理和有关制度、规划的制定、落实,并按制度进行奖罚。
六、协助解决全矿运输系统的技术难题。
七、负责全矿的运输科技工作,并推广新技术、新工艺的应用。
八、负责有关运输方面的技术鉴定。
九、按时完成本队或上级领导安排的其他工作。
篇3:安全生产责任制:通风区技术主管
1.在通风副总工程师的技术指导下,在区长的领导下,对通风区分管业务的安全工作负技术责任。
2.了解本矿水文、地质、采掘、机运等情况,熟悉通风、瓦斯、防灭火等现状,协助区长做好全区的技术工作。
3.学习和掌握《煤矿安全规程》和集团公司和矿有关规定,编制本区的操作规程、施工安全技术措施,参加作业规程、安全技术措施、设计的会审工作。
4.负责组织编制全区范围内的作业规程和安全技术措施及各种计划,并贯彻实施,监督检查措施的现场落实情况。
5.严格按《煤矿安全规程》和上级各种安全文件组织编制“一通三防”各类规程措施,负责通风、防火等报表资料的审核工作,消灭违章现象。
6.掌握矿井通风系统风量分布情况,各采掘头面的瓦斯涌出情况和矿井防尘、防灭火情况。
7.负责各类报表、图牌板、图纸、资料收集整理、审核、保管。
8.按照规定组织好矿井瓦斯涌出量测定、反风演习、阻力测定、风机性能测定等工作。
9.积极推广新技术,提高治理瓦斯、防灭火、防尘等方面行之有效的创新措施,并付诸实施。
