2.日常对材料工艺工程师从工作方法、材料共混机理、工艺验证方法等进行指导,定期给予材料/材料工艺工程师专项培训。

3.依据公司新配方工艺需求开发适合材料混炼工艺,生产配方性能达到试验配方性能要求;

4.我现有材料混炼效果评价方法进行优化升级。

2.Provideguidanceandmanagementofdailymaterialcontrolengineersguidetheworkmethods,materialblendingmechanism,processverificationmethods,etc.,andregularlygivespecialtrainingtomaterials/materialsprocessengineers.

3.Developanewmaterialmixingprocessaccordingtothecompany'snewformulationprocessrequirements,andtheproductionformulaperformancemeetsthetestformulaperformancerequirements;
