?EnsureaproperQualityManagementSystembasedontheGlobaloneisinplaceandcontrolledincompliancewithISO/VDArelevantstandards.
?ParticipateinthedevelopmentoftheQualityManagementSystembasedonBusinessProcessesandtheircontinuousimprovement.
?CoordinatelocalcertificationswithCertificationBodiesandmanageexternalaudits.
?EnsurecompliancetoQualityManagementSystemandrelatedISO/VDAStandardsbyestablishingandperforminginternalauditsthatmeasuretheeffectivenessoftheSystems;includingmanagementoflocalandcross-Countryauditplans.
?EnsurethatQualityManagementSystemdocumentationisupdatedaccordingtoguidelines.
?EnsureeffectiveexecutionoftheProcessesMilestones(QAMM)throughouttheProjectfromKick-offtoClose-out.
?SupportHeadofQualityManagementOfficeintheimplementationofcommonQualitymethodologies,toolsandinformationsystems,theircontinuousimprovementandalignmentonbestpractices.
?SupportHeadofQualityManagementOfficeinthemonitoringofQualityKPIs,theanalysisofresultsandthedevelopmentandmonitoringofimprovementplans.
?CoordinateRegion/CountryactivitieswithQualityHead.
?AssureLessonsLearnedandNonconformityprocessarefacilitatedanddrivenbackintotheBusinessProcessesforcontinuousimprovement.
?ResponsibletoidentifyandcommunicateQualitygeneralconcernsandorissuestoappropriateHeadofQualityManagementOffice,HeadofBUQuality,FunctionalManager.

Qualifications
?Education:
oBachelordegreeinEngineeringrequiredandorganizationandindustryexperience.

质量体系主管工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1、完善公司质量管理体系,负责公司质量管理体系的推进、实施以及对体系运行情况的监控;
2、负责公司质量管理体系认证与评审的准备、协调和联络工作,并做好体系维护工作;
3、负责按照管理体系标准要求结合公司现状建立文件化的管理体系;
4、督促和指导公司各部门贯彻执行质量体系文件,并检查其执行情况;
5、组织各部门质量管理体系培训工作;
任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历;空调制造业优先;经验丰富可放宽学历要求;
2、熟悉ISO9000、ISO14001、OHSAS18001、TS16949体系,能独立搭建公司级SOP管理文件的经验;具备9000体系与零缺陷/**绩效体系的整合能力;
3.熟悉六西格玛,取得黑带以上,能够利用管理工具推动全流程质量改善;
4、熟练使用质量工具,APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP相关工具;
5、工作认真负责,积极主动,具有较强的规划、沟通、组织协调能力。具有一定的团队管理经验;

1.负责质量管理体系的建立、改进及维护,确保体系符合cGMP的要求;
2.负责项目GMP文件的审核工作,确保文件符合cGMP的要求;
3.负责项目过程人员相关的GMP培训工作得到实施;
4.与数据可靠性负责人一起建立数据可靠性管理体系,在项目阶段进行实施,确保项目的相关活动符合数据可靠性要求;
5.负责审核并批准项目偏差和变更中与质量相关的评估和措施,包括但不限于:文件变更、设备设施及系统的变更和工艺变更;
6.对批记录的审核,确保每批已放行产品的生产、检验均符合相关法规、药品注册要求和质量标准;
7.负责偏差、变更、CAPA、内审的实施;
8.组织质量趋势分析,管理更新质量KPI、并指导进行相应的整改计划;
