-ValidatewithpurchasingnetworkthatVRFsareupdatedaccordingtoGroupstandards–andarecontainingespecially(notexclusively),LLCs/BookofDefect/CommodityCheckListandDesignstandardsandSPPCTrackingSheet

-UseSRMPQAmoduleforalltheprojectcomponents

-RespectstrictlytheSQM(SupplierQualityManual)andvalidatetheAQP.ppdeliverables

-RaisetoProjectQualityandProjectPurchasingandCommodityPurchaser-alltechnicalissuesencounteredbythesuppliersrequiringamodificationofthedrawing,specificationorVRF

-ValidatePDandCAforincidentscreatedbyasupplierfallinginhisorherregionofoperationandthecommodityincharge–incompliancewithGroupStandardreactivity:24hrs/5days/10days

-PerformC1andWrProcessAudits.

-ValidateCSL1andCSL2requestedtoasupplierbyaValeositefallinginhisorherregionofoperationandthecommodityincharge

-SupportGroupSegmentSQALeaderinthepreparationoftheTopWorstSuppliersmeetingswhensupplierimprovementisrequired

-Responsibleforthekeyindicatorsforthescopeofhisorherregionofoperationandthecommodityincharge:

1.负责项目的前后期供应商质量评估与管理工作。
