?Workwithinternalstakeholderstosetthetargetandreviewsupplyassurance,measuresupplierdeliveryperformanceandserviceleveltoBSCperiodically.
?Supportidentifiedsupplierstoachievebetteralignmentbetweentheircompany’splansandactivitiesandBSC’sprioritiesandobjectives.
?Documentandputintousesupplierqualityrequirements;assessqualityperformanceandmanufacturingprocessofsignificantsuppliers.
?Setdifferentiatedperformancetargetswithallsuppliersanddocumentedevidenceofresults.Outcome/progressisformallycommunicatedtosuppliers.
?Workwithotherfunctionsasvirtualteamtoconducttheregularqualityandcraterauditintheareaofthesupplierofrawmaterials,operatingsuppliesandequipmentwithfocusonabsenceofsilicone.
?Regularperformanceassessmentstakeplaceforkeysuppliersinordertodrivecontinuousimprovementinrelationtothecurrentandfutureneedsofthebusiness.
?DealwithNCMissues,formalizetheNCMhandlingprocesswithinternalstakeholders;coordinatethecommunicationprocessbetweenQCandsupplierifthereisargumentoccurreduntilcaseclosing.
?ManagealldocumentationrelatedtosupplierincludingbutnotlimitedtoEHSauditreport,siteassessmentreport,qualityauditreport,NCMhandlingreport,deliveryperformancereport,etc.
?Identify,evaluate,improvequalitysystembasedonIATF16949.Ensurethecontinuingsuitability,adequacyandeffectivenessoftheQMS
?Identifythegapsofqualitymanagementsystemforcontinuousimprovementbasedoncomplaint,KPI,InternalNC,etc.
MinimumEducationandQualificationRequiredforthePosition
?Education:UniversitydegreeinChemicals.ProfessionalCertificationwouldbeaplus.
?WorkingExperience:＞3yearsworkingexperienceinsupplierqualitymanagement;multinationalcompanyworkingexperienceispreferred
?Technical&ProfessionalKnowledge:

篇2:主任工程师（质量总监）质量管理责任制
⑴组织编制项目的质量计划,报上级质量管理部门审批后实施。
⑵定期组织质量人员验证质量计划的实施效果,当项目质量控制中存在问题或隐患时,应提出解决措施。
⑶参加图纸会审。
⑷单位工程、分部工程和分项工程开工前,应向承担施工的负责人或分包人进行书面交底,质量交底资料应办理签字手续并归档保存。
⑸施工过程中,对发包人或监理工程师提出的设计变更在执行前及时向施工人员进行书面交底。
⑹监督有关人员做好施工过程的质量自检、专检和交接检,保证质量符合标准要求。
⑺负责各种原材料、设备进场的质量验收,严把材料、设备质量关。
⑻组织有关专业人员执行产品的监视和测量工作程序,并对合同的履行情况进行全面验证。
⑼对检查中发现的工程质量问题或不合格报告提及的问题组织有关人员判定不合格程度,制定纠正措施,具体执行《程序文件》中不合格品的控制工作程序。
⑽组织对纠正措施的实施效果进行验证,将验证情况上报上级质量部门。
⑾组织项目部质量、材料、试验等有关人员编制汇总项目质量情况月报及质量分析。

质量管理工程师(QA)岗位职责/工作内容
从事技术质量和服务质量等的研究、管理、监督、检查、检验、分析、鉴定等。
(1)进行产品质量、质量管理体系及系统可靠性设计、研究和控制;
(2)组织实施质量监督检查;
(3)进行质量的检查、检验、分析、鉴定、咨询;
(4)进行产品认证、生产许可证、体系认证、审核员和评审员注册、质量检验机构和实验室考核等合格评定管理;
(5)调节质量纠纷,组织对重大质量事故调查分析;
(6)研究开发检验技术、检验方法、检验仪器设备;
(7)制定质量技术法规并监督实施;
(8)设计、实施、改进、评价质量与可靠性信息系统。
