Scientist-橡胶类材料研发工程师/需有配方经验莱尔德管理莱尔德管理(深圳)有限公司,莱尔德管理,莱尔德Undergeneralsupervisioninaresearchanddevelopmentenvironment,theScientistIIIwillapplyacceptedscientificmethodsanddevisenewscientificapproachestodiverseproblemsencounteredandapplyspecializedscientificknowledgeandskillstodevelopspecificsolutions.

-Schedulesandconductsscientificinvestigationsinvolvingexperimentalstudiesinsupportofcurrentproductsand/ornewproductdevelopment.

-Researches,investigates,andproposestechnicalsolutionsforprojects.

-Appliesadvancedscientificanalysistechniquesandpracticeswithintheirspecialty.

-Buildsproductiveinternalandexternalrelationshipswithmanufacturing,engineering,marketing,andtechnologygroupsenablingaproactiveresponsetomarketchangesand/orcustomerdemands.

-Activelyparticipatesonmulti-disciplinaryproductdevelopmentteams.

-Directsandtrainslaboratorytechniciansduringexperiments,

-Presentsresultsofstudies/experimentseffectivelyandrespondstoquestionsfromgroup/team.

-Preparesaccurateandconcisereportsregardingstudiesperformedandassistswiththepreparationofcomprehensivereportsincludingrecommendationsfornewproductformulationsandprocedures.

-Maintainsasafeandhealthylaboratoryenvironment.

-PersonalcomputerskillssuchasMICROSOFTOFFICEandrelationaldatabase.
