篇2:手机硬件总监岗位职责内容

1.负责一个硬件开发团队的日常管理,并对团队所承担的手机项目负责。

2.从技术上对团队提供指导,与周边部门有效沟通,负责协调各产品项目硬件开发人员的安排、调度。

3.负责组织下属各室的完善管理、提升技术能力。

4.负责策划、组织和跟进相关硬件开发平台的建设。

5.负责了解最新产业信息和竞争对手情况,掌握硬件开发技术的发展动态。

6.组织和参与产品项目出现硬件问题难点时的攻关。
