OVERVIEW:

Thejobholderneedtousehisorherpersonnelexperiences,strategicandanalyticalthinking,professionalselligskillsandabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithcrossfunctionalteammemberstodefineanddrivethebusinessgrowthopportuntiesandplansbyfocusingonservedavailablemarketstudy,territorymanagement,salespipelinedevelopment,andtheachievementofannualsalesobjective.

MAINDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Formulatetheoverallbusinessgrowthplanandsalesactivitiestoensuretheachievementofsalesrevenueandmarketshareobjectives.

?Leadthemarketstudyactivitiestoidentifytargetmarket,competitionandbuyingdecisionprocess.ProvidethemonthyupdatestotheChinamanagementteam.

?Developlocalmarketpenetrationstrategyincludingproductdevelopment,distributionchannelstrategy,pricingstrategyandallnecessaryresourcesplanbyworkingtogetherChinamanagementandcrossfunctionalteams.

?Developsalespipelinesandclosenewopportuntiestoachieveannualsalesobjectiveandlongtermgrowthplan.

?DevelopSpec-instrategybyapproachingandbuildingupstrongbusinessrelationshipwithstrategicend-useraccountsanddesigninstitutes.

?Resposniblefortheahcievementofaccountreceivabletargetandtheimprovementofsalesforecast.

?Participateintradeassociationsandtechnicalconferencesrelatedtotargetmarketopportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

?BachelordegreeinSales,Marketing,BusinessorEngineeringpreferred

?8+yearssalesexperienceand2+yearsSalesLeadershipexperienceinchemicalbusiness,andwiththeknowledgeintrafficsecurityorpersonalsafetyindustrywillbehighlypreffered.(在交通安全领域或个人防护安全领域有从业经验者优先)

?Strongexperienceorskillsinbusinessplanning,capturingnewopportunities,territorymanagement,keyaccountpenetrationandValuepropositiondevelopment.

?Energetic,quicklearning,andWillingtowin.

?Highlydevelopedinterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytobuildrelationshipwithbothcustomersandinternalcrossfunctions.

?Resultsorientatedwiththeabilitytobalancecustomerneedsandcompanytargets.

?GoodEnglishinbothwritingandspeaking.

?GoodPCuser,particularlyPowerPointandExcel.

篇2:销售副经理安全职责

1按“谁主管谁负责”的原则,对供应、销售系统的安全工作负责。

2组织制订、修订和审批供应、销售部门的安全生产规章制度、规定、安全技术规程,组织实施并监督检查执行情况。

3贯彻“五同时”原则,保证供应产品的质量符合国家标准,因质量问题造成事故,负责追究有关人员的责任。

4负责供应、销售系统的安全教育和考核工作。

5定期召开供应、销售系统的安全生产工作会议,分析企业安全生产动态,及时解决安全生产存在的问题。

6组织供应、销售系统开展安全生产竞赛活动,总结推广安全生产工作的先进经验,奖励先进单位和个人。

7按照上述安全职责,每年制订销售副经理年度安全工作计划,并逐条落实在当年具体工作安排中。

1,主持销售部日常工作,沟通上下级及与其他部门的关系.

2,坚持"顾客至上,科学管理"的宗旨,树立良好的公司形象,创造良好的销售环境,充分调动各员工的积极性,并保持团结协作,优质高效的工作气氛.

3,根据总经理的发展规划和市场预测,拟订销售推广计划,报请公司总经理审核.

4,做好售后服务工作,反馈楼盘信息,并努力同新老客户保持良好关系,建立客户档案,以便于工作从老客户处寻找新客户.

5,负责组织人员及时总结交流营销经验,加强业务修养,不断提高业务水平。
