一、负责留学生的住宿及校内外学术会议、商业会议、各种培训等的接待工作。留学生公寓位于**大学丽泽园,建筑面积约为13260平方米,现有280套设备完善的标准客房、7间商务套房、三个备有幻灯机、投影仪、音响、视频等多媒体设备的高档会议室。目前有来自韩、日、俄、蒙、美等近20个国家的500余名留学生入住,是举办学术会议、商业会议、节日庆典等活动的理想场所。
二、负责A区外事处2号楼小餐厅的餐饮服务工作。小餐厅位于**大学格致园,建筑面积约为700平方米,共有梦园、雁优、兰苑、桃源、雅园、怡园六个包房,可接待80人就餐。小餐厅以其舒适的环境、可口的佳肴、优质的服务、严格的管理、严谨的工作态度,在迎校庆、接待教学评估专家组等的重大接待工作中赢得了领导的信任与好评。
三、负责h大旅游公司的旅游接待服务工作。**省h大旅游有限公司由**大学和**省大学城物业经营有限责任公司共同投资创办,注册资金170万元。经旅游主管部门批准,工商行政部门注册,具有独立法人资格,集国内旅游、学术交流、商务考察、会议接待、机票代理及旅游车队于一体的综合性旅游企业。
旅游公司以**独特的地理位置、自然环境和**大学的广袤资源为依托,为广大大学生、教工及各界旅游者设计了标准不同、内容各异的旅游特色线路。同时与各省、市的知名旅行社结成旅游联盟网,为方便、快捷服务和完善旅游市场提供了有力保障。
