GENERALJOBPURPOSE:
ThecandidatewilljoinShanghaiDiagnosticdevelopmentteamtodevelopdiagnostictoolforOEMs.
ROLEANDRESPONSIBILITIES

篇2:放射科诊断组长岗位职责要求
1.在科主任领导下,负责和指导科室医疗、教学科研工作。
2.担负疑难病例的诊断治疗,参加院内会诊和疑难、死亡病例讨论。
3.参加早会集体读片,审签诊断报告。
4.制定和主持开展新技术、新项目和科学研究,指导下级医师开展科研工作和论文撰写工作。
5.担任下级医师和进修实习人员的培训、教学和指导工作。
6.督促下级医师认真贯彻执行各项规章制度和技术操作规程。
7.指导本科各级医师做好综合影像诊断工作,有计划地开展基本功训练。
8.对各级医师的理论水平、业务能力、工作实绩做出评定。
篇3:X放射科影像诊断医疗质量管理制度
1.全科室人员必须把医疗护理质量放在工作的首位,强化质量意识,自觉接受医疗质量管理小组的检查监督。
2.认真落实和严格执行科室制定的管理制度和操作规程。
3.成立由科主任领导的,包括诊断和投照技术组及导管组人员组成的医疗质量管理小组,负责科室诊断和投照技术质量管理工作。
4.坚持实行每日早间集体读片制度和疑难病例讨论制度;规范诊断报告的书写。
5.坚持实行技术读片制度,由医疗质量管理小组人员对照片质量进行讲评。
6.加强质量管理力度,严肃制度的落实情况检查。
7.明确各级人员的岗位职责,严格“三基”培训,定期进行考核。
8.加强影像资料的管理,实行入库前再次检查核对和借片制度。
