篇2:矿山机械设备安全操作规程
在人工砂石生产活动中,备料工应该遵循一下规程,处处小心,做到安全生产。
1、开机前,首先要检查皮带运输机、破碎机、斗式提升机、磨粉机等整条砂石生产线上的各个环节中的机械设备是否符合产品出厂事的安全要求。
2、对于生产线上的各个砂石生产设备应设专人维护与操作,任何设备启动后禁止用手接触传动部分,工作工程中不许超负荷。
3、设备出现故障时,必须停车检查。
4、当检修人员进入设备内检修或清扫时,应先切断电源,并且必须设专人监护,在开关处挂上醒目的“有人工作,禁止合闸”的警示牌。
3、机器工作时,应打开所有通风设备,按要求合理堆放各种物料。严禁金属物混入物料。
4、工作后应切断电源和通风设备。
总之对于任何一个人都要树立这样的安全意识。
篇3:矿山机械安全规范
为了能科学地对矿山设备进行管理,矿山企业应建立设备管理制度、设备使用和维护保养制度、设备维修制度、设备事故管理制度等。预防矿山机械伤害的措施主要有:
(1)良好的设备安全性能设备的操纵机构要灵敏,便于操作。
(2)必要的安全保护装置对危险设备装设防护罩壳、栏杆或栅栏门等装置。要装设各种保险装置,以避免人身和设备事故。保险装置包括锁紧件、缓冲装置、防过载装置、限位装置、限压装置、闭锁装置、制动装置等。要装设各种必要的报警装置。
(3)良好的作业环境条件要为设备的使用和安装、检修创造必要的环境条件,如设备所处的空间不能过于狭小,现场整洁,有良好的照明等。
(4)加强维修工作要保证设备的安全性能,除了要设计、制造安全性能优良的设备外,设备的安装、维护、检修工作十分重要,尤其是对于移动频繁的采掘和运输设备,更要注意安装和维修工作质量。
