5.GoodexperiencewithCMMI,Agilesoftwaredevelopmentpractices
6.Strongoralandwrittencommunicationalskillsandaprovenabilitytointeracteffectivelywithindividualsatdifferentlevelsintheorganization

1.计算机或电子信息相关专业本科以上学历
2.熟悉GSM11.11/GSM11.14,中国联通和中国移动OTA规范;熟悉J2ME/MIDP的使用
