Thispositionwillassess,developandqualifyautomotivesuppliersinChinaandothercountries,besidesworkingonpartqualificationaswell.

JobDescription:

?WorkwithStudio,EngineeringandGlobalSupplyManagementinanyoftheapplicableneedsinordertoassesswireharnessdesigns,drawingsorsupplierstosupportprotopartsreadiness.

?WorkonaveryearlystagewithEngineeringandGSMtoalignBOMwithpotentialsuppliersforeachofthedirectmaterialPartNumbers.

?Supporttheactivationofpreferredsuppliers,leading/supportingtheselectionofsuppliersforprojectsandensuringtheirearlyinvolvementattenderstageandthroughouttheproductdevelopment.

?Assurethatthechosensuppliersarecapableofsupplyingwireharnesstotheagreedspecs,tolerancesandfunction.

?DrivewireharnessAPQPandPPAPwithsuppliers,resolveanymajorissuesduringTier1andvehicleharnessassembly.

?Createandmaintainlong-termrelationshipswithwireharnesssuppliers.

?Drivesuppliernegotiationsasappropriateandperformregularsupplierqualityperformancereviews,resolvinganymajorissues.

?TraintheSupplierQualityOrganization,suppliersandBytonemployeesonthesuppliermanagementtoolsandconcepts.

BasicQualifications:

?Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering,Materials,BusinessorsimilarDisciplines.

?3years’experienceintheautomotivewireharnessindustry,befamiliarwithvehicleharnessassembly.

?3years’experiencemanagingorassessingsuppliers.

?KnowledgeofAPQP/PPAP.

?Knowledgeofmetricsappliedtosupplierperformance.

?Goodnegotiationskillsarerequiredinordertodevelopstrongrelationshipwithsuppliers.

1.新项目供应商质量策划;

2.供应商开发,定点;

3.供应商审核;

4.供应商绩效和改善;

5.供应商质量问题处理。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历;

2.5年以上供应商质量经验;

3.熟练使用AIAG5大工具;

4.有丰富的供应商现场审核经验,有VDA6.3审核资质证书优先;

5.有Greenbelt或者Blackbelt证书优先;

6.有线束,电子,电池经验优先;

7.逻辑能力强、有良好的英文沟通能力。
