职责描述:

Delivertimelyandaccurateclaimsadministrationservices:claimsscanning,dataentry,claimsadjudication,productionofclaimscorrespondencesuchasclaimssettlements,declination,informationrequests,etc.
Prepareregularclaimsreporttomeetthepartners'requirement.
Handlepre-certificationofout-patient,day-patientandin-patienttreatmentsbyco-ordinatingtreatmentneedswiththebenefitsofferedintheinsuranceplan.
Liaisewithdoctorsandproviderstoobtainnecessaryandaccuratemedicalinformationwithinstipulatedtimeframe.
Employprudentcostmanagementmeasuresbycoordinatingtheprovisionofonlymedicallynecessaryandappropriatehealthservices.
Conductproactivecasemanagementoflargelossandcomplexclaimswithtimelynotificationandapprovalsasperoperatingprocedures.
Providemedicalreviewsonnatureofmedicalconditionstosupportdeliveryofservices,investigateclaimsforpossibleabuse,fraudormedicalnegligence.
DevelopmentoftheNetworkManagementstrategytodeliverfinancialsavingsviadiscountstructuresandvolumerebates.Continuallyimprovenetworkmanagementtechniquesinordertodrivedownspend.
Inconjunctionwiththemanagementteam,supportfraudcontrolmeasuresandframeworksacrosstheprovidernetwork.
任职要求:
1.本科以上学历,医学或法律专业优先,精通医学英语
2.3年及以上理赔审核及录入工作经历,有高端医疗理赔审核经验优先
3.工作勤恳扎实、认真负责,能承受压力
4.客户导向、团队合作和良好沟通能力
5.高效的问题解决能力

篇3:项目经理（ITO）职位描述与岗位职责任职要求
职位描述：
职责描述：
1、负责组织管理相关开发团队，完善相关产品的全线开发运营工作。
2、对接销售部及市场部，做好相关产品的市场调研和分析工作。
3、负责相关产品的技术开发、工艺管控及工艺改良工作。
4、负责相关产品的供应商开发及管控工作。
5、负责孵化期内产品的交期管控、品质管控等工作。
6、负责相关产品线的子项目立项、评估及落地工作。
7、负责其他与产品运营相关的工作
任职要求：
1、重点大学研究生以上学历，材料工程/陶瓷/化学等相关专业优先。个别优异候选者可适当放宽。
2、8年以上相关行业工作经验，至少担任过500强/上市公司/大型企业相关的工作经验3年以上，具有带领团队的经验。
3、熟悉金属或陶瓷材料理化性能和相关制成。
4、熟悉PVD镀膜行业，一定的产业链相关行业的经验。
5、具备良好的商业思维、成本管控思维及管理思维。
6、具备良好的沟通能力、创新能力、抗压能力及团队领导能力。
