半导体部门经理岗位职责

Thisposition(ServicesManager)willreportdirectlytotheDirectorofServices,DS&S–GreaterChina/SEA.Theindividualwillmanageabroadarrayofactivitiesincludingon-sitegasandchemicalmanagementservices(i.e.MEGASYSbrand)andFieldServiceandMaintenance(FSE),etc.ThispersonwillworkcloselywiththeotherDS&SMegasysManagers,ServicesManagersandresourcestoensureVersumMaterials(VSM)businessandcustomerrequirementsaremet.Thispersonwillberesponsibleforoperationalexcellenceincludingbutnotlimitedtothesafeandconsistentexecutionofallapplicablecorporateandoperationsworkprocessesandproceduresacrossmultiplecustomersites.

NatureandScope:

MEGASYSoperationsactivitiesinvolvethefollowingproducts:BulkGas(N2,O2,Ar,H2,He),OFA,purifiers,distributionsystems,specialtygas,gascabinets/manifolds,GCS/GMS,mobileanalytical,wetchemicalpumpers,wetchemical(includingslurry)distributionsystems,lifesafetysystemmonitors,3rdpartycontractormanagement,etc.TheMEGASYSteamsarelocatedoncustomersitesandhavedailyresponsibilityfortheoperationsoftheabovegas,chemical,precursor,slurry,andanalyticalsystems.FieldServicesofferVSMequipmentstart-up&commissioning,equipmentfacilitationprojects,equipmentoperationtraining,operationsservicesandsustainability/warrantyservices.TheMegasysManagerwillutilizehis/herunderstandingofoperationalandapplicationsprinciplespertainingtobulkandspecialtygases,processandadvancedmaterials,slurry,anddeliverysystemtoensurereliableservices.Inaddition,theMegasysManagerwillbeexpectedtodrivetheapplicationofcontinuousimprovementtechniquesandprocessestoimproveefficiencywithinandacrosstheMegasyssitesandFSEteams.

TheMegasysManagermusthavestrongcommunication,managerialandinterpersonalskillsashe/shewillberequiredtofrequentlyinterfacewithmultiplelevelswithinVSMandcustomer'smanagement.TheMegasysManagerwillbecalledupontoleadthecommercialeffortsandprovidetechnicalsupportandoperationaldetailforMEGASYSandFieldServicesales.Inaddition,theMegasysManagerwillhavedirectprofitresponsibilityaswellasaccountabilityforsalesandbusinessstrategyfortherespectiveMegasyssitesandFieldServiceteams.

PrincipalAccountabilities:

1.Responsibleforthesafety/safeoperationsofallMegasys&FieldServicepeopleandsiteswithinhisorherterritory(bothatVSMandcustomerfacilities).

2.ResponsibleforthequalityandserviceperformanceofallMegasys&FieldServicepeopleandsiteswithinhisorherterritory(bothatVSMandcustomerfacilities).

3.ResponsiblefortheprofitabilityandcustomersatisfactionforallMegasys&FieldServiceactivityassignedwithinhisorherterritory.ManagesallMEGASYSandFieldServicebusinessincludingpricing,customerservice,controllingcostsandimprovingdirectprofit.Assistinsalesfornewcontractsandproposals.

4.Ensuresallsiteanddivisionalobjectives(safety,quality,profitability,etc.)arecommunicatedandsuccessfullyachievedatoperatingsitesandteams.

5.ManagestheactivitiesoftheMEGASYSSiteManagerswhoareresponsibleforday-to-daygasand/orchemicaloperationinsemiconductorfabs.Conductsperformancereviews,participatesinhiringactivities,andcoordinatesresourceallocation,movementanddevelopmentacrosssites.

6.CollaborateswithotherDS&Spersonneltoachieveoperationalexcellence.ThisgroupincludesbutisnotlimitedtotheMegasysleadershipteam,CentralOperations,RegionalStartupteam,FieldServiceEngineers,BusinessDecisionSupport,administrative,equipmentmanufacturing,equipmentengineering,inventory,logistics,andqualitypersonnel.

7.EnsuresthatallMegasysandServicespersonnelareproperlytrainedandmeetestablishedstandards.

8.EnsuresthatallMEGASYSandServicesteamsadheretoestablishedDS&Sandcorporatestandards.

9.Providesscope,strategyplanning,executionofprojects,andresourcesharingtosupportAsiaregionalorglobalstart-ups.

10.Participatesinsafetyandqualitydesignstandardprocesses(HazardReviews,SafetyAssessments,BenchmarkingAudits,ISOAudits,etc.)

11.Managestheoperatingexpensebudgetsforallareaoperatingcostcentersandensurescostcontrolandimprovement.

12.DrivestheuseofContinuousImprovementtoolsandconceptsinallresponsibleoperatingenvironments.

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTSANDQUALIFICATIONS

?Bachelor’sdegreefromanaccrediteduniversityorcollege

?Strongleadershipskills

?8yearsofexperienceinTGCM(TotalGas&ChemicalManagement)

?Projectmanagementexperience

?Demonstratedabilitytoleadequipmentstartupandcommissioningforprojects

?Experiencemanagingandleadinglargeteamswithemployeesnumbermorethan100

?StrongoralandwrittencommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish

?Financialacumentoincludeprofitabilityandbudgets/costcontrol

?WorkingknowledgeofVSMDS&SandMaterialsOfferingsisaplus

岗位职责:

1、把握半导体行业通信规格的技术更新;

2、实施项目的技术,人员以及进程等全方位管理;

3、用UML进行系统分析,估算软件工程的工作量;

4、指导并实施软件的研发、测试及安装。

任职要求:

1、大学本科或以上同等学历,计算机,自动控制相关专业;

2、至少3年以上的.Net软件(C/C++,C#,VB等)开发经验;

3、熟悉嵌入式控制软件的一般架构;

4、有良好的沟通能力、工作责任心、执行力和团队合作精神;

5、能适应出差,无不良记录和国外拒签记录;

6、有以下知识或经历的优先考虑;

3、半导体设备、备件销售工作经验5年以上;
