营运储备中层(运力管理方向)顺丰速运有限公司--国际事业部顺丰速运有限公司国际事业部职责描述:

1、搭建国际件航空运力优势网络和获取优质运力资源;

2、提升国际件航空运力议价能力,了解空运市场的运行规则及市场变化规律;

3、制定全货机包机操作流程,以及现场作业指导;

4、完善运力管理体系,包括舱位获取、质量保障、成本管控、供应商管理等;

5、跨部门沟通协调,及推动重点项目性工作;

6、通过在中国3-6个月的储备学习,成长为可派遣至顺丰海外国家的营运中层人才。

6.With3-6months'trainingandpractiseinHQ,China,theywillbecomeSeniorOpstalentsforSFoverseasoffices.

任职要求:

1、本科以上学历,具有IT相关教育或工作背景优先

2、具有10年以上空运行业经历,有航司或大型货代工作经验,有商务谈判、现场操作等经验;

3、中英文流利;国籍不限;可以接受国际派遣,海外派遣国家包含但不限于英国、美国、日本、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚、蒙古、越南、泰国、澳洲、中东和印度等。

4、熟悉PPT、Excel、Word等办公软件,熟练掌握数据统计和分析的常用方法;

5、团队合作意识强,对工作具备高度责任心,能承受较大工作压力。
