?Developanoverviewofworkshopandallocatedresourcessothattheplannedproductionalwaysfollowstheapprovedproductionschedules.

?Developandimplementmethodsforefficienttroubleshootingofcustomerinquiries.

?Developanoverviewofallorders,projectsandresourcesinthedepartmentsothatmanagementhasaqualifiedbasistomakedecisionsfrom.

?FurtherdevelopexistingprocessesandimplementnewinitiativesthatoptimizeMita-Teknik’sproductionplanning.

?Manageeffectiveplanningandarrangementofproductionsandcustomerprojects.

?Performmiscellaneoustasksrelatedtoproductionmanagementandplanning.

?Follow-uponorderconfirmationsandsupplierdeliverieswithpurchasers.

?Reviewandfollowuponprocurementactionlistsbasedonproductionplans.

?Submitadailystatusreporttotheleaderofoperations.

?EnsurevalidthemasterplanninginERP.

Responsibilities:

?Ensurethatalltasks,ordersandprojectsintheworkshopareexecutedsothatthecustomers’requirementsforfunctionality,quality,timeandresourcesaremet.

?Ensurethatproductioniscarriedouteconomicallyandoptimallybaseonresources.

?EnsurethatMita-Teknik’sproductionplanningisalwaysupdated,andthatcontinuousadjustment/rationalizationinrelationtothecompany’sobjectivestakesplace.

?Ensurecross-functionalcollaborationthatconstantlycontributestooptimizealltheresources.

?EnsurevalidmasterplanninginERP.

?EnsurevalidprocurementmasterdatainERP.

Mandate:

?Reviewandupdatetheprocurementactionlistsbasedonproductionstatus/planning.

?Stopproductions,projectsoruseofresourcesnotinaccordancewithapprovedplans.

?Continuouslychangeprioritieswhenthisisinaccordancewithapproveddecisions.

篇2:煤塔工岗位职责要求

1、按规定保证煤塔的贮煤量。

2、经常注意煤塔煤量,贮煤量不足三炉时,发出上煤信号,通知上煤。

3、负责本岗位设备正常运行、维护和保养。

4、负责本岗位的卫生清洁及工器具的使用保管。
