外籍建筑师岗位职责
工作职责:
1、参与项目前期现场勘查、资料搜集及信息整理工作;
2、参与方案构思与讨论,领会方案设计意图并进行方案设计;
3、配合上级与客户进行一定程度的沟通与协调;
4、完成上级交代的其他工作。
任职资格:
1、建筑学专业本科以上学历,1-3年相关工作经验,外籍,会英语;
2、有较强的手绘表达能力,能构思出设计方案及造型;
3、对建筑设计有执着的追求,思维活跃,较强创新能力;
4、掌握相关专业技术知识,熟悉国家有关建筑设计行业的政策、规范;
5、精通CAD、sketchup、天正、Rhino等软件的使用;
6、有甲级设计院或海外学习经验优先考虑。

Operatingduty:
1.Takepartinpreprojectsiteinvestigation,datacollectionandinformationcollation.
2.Participateintheprojectconceptionanddiscussion,understandthedesignintentionanddesigntheplan.3,cooperatewithsuperiorsandcustomerstocommunicateandcoordinatewitheachother.
4,completeothertasksassignedbysuperiors.
Qualifications:
